Soybeans do not provide all the amino acids equally so it's not good quality protein. But soy doesn't cause feminization in humans, none of the links that you provided show any direct correlation. the last study even opposes your argument "after intake of soy products, no data on modification of gender-related characteristics or feminization in humans in consequence of soy consumption have been found."
There are a number of META-ANALYSIS proving there are no relation between testosterone levels in men and soy consumption.
