    Oh wow! Thank you for sharing your experience & being such a great mentor! This hits home for me.
    I have been working on it. This year one of my goals is to time bock 2 full hours in the middle of my workday to stop & do fun things for myself. I may not be able to get to it every day, but I do most days & it feels amazing.
