You do know that Batman taught Superman H2H combat and survival tactics if Blue K or Red Radiation was ever to happen again? I have read more issues of other superheros getting beat without their powers than I have Superman.
True but I think that gives allot of realism to superman. If you had all those powers your not gonna constantly wanna work on skills. You are gonna get lazy and let your strength do all the work and go in gladiator style ready to go toe to toe. I see superman not as thinking man turned super hero but more as earths gladiator.

Superman is able to draw an MRI quality photo of brain from a single glance while Batman is able to identify a computer virus and it's orgin with in said brain. Basically, Superman's brain can do things the average human brain can't do while Bats can get to conclusions faster... Read Post-Crisis Superman. He is not stupid and doesn't just "barge" into fights. He's Superman. He can kill with ease without thinking first.

And when you argue that if Superman did not have his powers, he would be nothing. That's like saying every superhero without their powers would be useless. That's why we call them superheros!
You don't have to bulk guys, just diet and hard work. Obviously taken in your calories, cut the fat a little, and carbs don't over eat it. Yeah carbs are for energy and it helps you out in the gym but come on lol.
