Infuriating Flashing Lights on Tesla Model Y TESLACAM 汽車前燈閃爍危險

This Tesla Model Y oddity was observed from my Wolfbox Rear View Mirror Dash Cam. Has anyone else observed this phenomenon and will more and more Tesla Model Ys and Model 3s on our roads mean that more and more road users will experience this flashing oddity from Tesla too?
