Framing your elbow to your opponents chest makes it impossible for them to re-pummel their arm to create posture. This makes building attacks much easier.
Any small collection of shorts or videos that break stuff down for extremely new people? Just trying to learn to survive and just every roll I do I want to find one thing to improve
Great stuff JT. It would be nice to have an exhaustive attack series from closed guard. I’d love that from you
This is such an important detail. Going to be trying this out more, the fella I train with most is a rock climber and his arms are hard work 😂
Crazy how you can do a sport for years and years and not pick up a little detail like this. Thanks for sharing!
I love those shorts so much
They’re not shorts. They’re wearing gis.
Miyao pants

I love these small details that are so important to gaining an advantage! Great stuff as always
Yes! I needed this thank you! I love instructions that show different variations for different scenarios. Subbed 👍🏽
And also, good tip is, always attack first with your non dominant hand, leaving the most complicated part to your dominant hand

These videos are great, just wish he would talk faster.
Does that say kickboxning?
Why is kickboxing spelt wrong?
But “Kickboxning” tho?😢
Is closed guard full guard???
Full guard with your legs closed. Legs open is open guard
Simple but important detail. Nothing flashy, just effective. 🤌
Those colored outlines help
You can imagine if he can this fast doing the techniques and find alternative whilst talking about it, how fast is it happening in his head…
