I'm not even a Christian but this song has stuck with me ever since it played at the first funeral I've gone to in my adult life. I started crying again
The beauty of this song and it's power to move one to tears is remarkable. But even more so when you know the goodness and love and peace of the Lord, as the writer of this hymn did at a time of unimaginable loss. My sincere condolences for your loss and prayers that you might know Him who saves. S
