@@themannydraws I'm planning to make a comic book too. Do you have any advice for drawing?

I'm actually working on a video that'll dive more in depth about this topic BUT I'd recommend checking out Jake Parker's UA-cam channel and David Finch's UA-cam channel. Jake Parker will dive more into the creation of comics and analyzing what works in stories. David Finch will help with posing, rendering, and thought behind creating impactful panels.
If you're more focused on learning about drawing, check out the Etherington Brothers blog on "How To Think When You Draw." Just look it up on Google or Pinterest and it should pop up. You can also check out Proko for a deep dive in the fundamentals.
If this is your first comic project, I'd recommend keeping it short, like 4-8 pages. That way you can see if you enjoy the process before diving into a full 22 page issue or epic 300 page graphic novel. Again, Jake Parker will go over this idea in his vids about creating mini comics and such.
Do make sure you enjoy the thing you're creating because making comics is hard work, but it's worth it in the long run. Find the fun, learn as much as you can, finish it, and then work on the next project. I've learned so much about drawing and storytelling by actually sitting down and making comics.
I hope that helps my friend 🤘

Great inking ! Is this a Raphael brush ? it looks like a 8404 but I am not sure. Also, wich ink is it ?

I've been using a Davinci Round #2 brush for this project. I just saw it in my art shop and picked it up since it wasn't too expensive. As for the ink, I'm using Platinum Carbon Black Ink on 12x18 inch Canson watercolor paper; it gives me some extra texture when I'm inking.
