How about just telling us where the byte is located in memory and what it needs to be changed to, so we can burn our own EPROM?
How about just reading the blog post, or Bob's page?
Look for 0x81 0x02 0x22 0x02 in the ROM and change it to 0x81 0x03 0x22 0x02.
