Hi Michel, hope the healing process goes well! To prevent sneezing-- just push as much of your tongue's surface that you can--up to the roof of your mouth really hard and hold it until the feeling of sneezing passes. Used to do this during exams and it worked. Nice to see you having some r + r with your best friend.
Sweet Michel. I can tell you’re sad and breaks my heart. I think, you are too hard on yourself. And I know that surgery can stir up other feelings, past experiences. Hi Michel, glad you’re healing. I know you know this but wanted to say sleep is essential in the healing process. There’s a saying post surgery/trauma “just because you can doesn’t mean you should.” Social interaction is also draining because your body is busy healing. Sleep and rest are key especially with Lupus. Xoxo

I just want you to really rest and not overdo things will be there when you are fully recovered. Kiss sweet Max for me love him sooo much. Love the new shoes and other that you got. Have a great rest of your day.
I think hair loss is somewhat normal after any surgery or bodily trauma. I know I lost a ton of hair after my gallbladder was removed. They also gave me tons of antibiotics, so that could have been why as well. It always feels like you’re losing all your hair, but it’s usually not as much as it seems and the thinning tends to dissipate after a year. I think my hair is actually thicker now, several years later. I have found some decent serums that helped slow it down and encourage regrowth.
I had no idea you had Lupus! My mom has lupus and I have Hoshimotos, definitely gonna look into some of these cover ups since they cover more than most traditional ones :) I hope your healing journey continues to go well!
So happy to see you on the up and up, friend! I’ll be back at St David’s in a few weeks for what is hopefully my last big cancer surgery. I don’t miss it 🥴 but thank you for the reminder that I can order take out from Tiny’s instead 🙏🏼 how that never crosses my mind is beyond me ha. Random question, can you share the song you had playing during “Tiddy time?”
I love that blueberry lavender oat milk! I've only had it in my tea so far i have to try it in a matcha, its probably so good! I also like thats its not sweet at all its just a little hint of blueberry

I moved last year and part of it was really difficult/stressful. I lost a LOT of hair and it freaked me out but now it's all grown back and sort of been on a growth spurt. It was bob length last year and now it's to the middle of my back. So I hope you have a similar experience 😍 The staycation looked so healing and relaxing. After that hospital stay, you sure needed that! Thank you, as always, for sharing your life with us all. And I know it's early days but I think your nose looks so good. 💗
I took a Spanish for medical professions class last year at the local college and it was SO HARD to figure out as someone who had a degree!! No idea why it was so complicated.
