I'm so grateful for light vlogs Michel! I lost my mum and recently my marriage ended. I cannot tell you how much light 'nothing' vlogs have helped me heal. Watching tv shows and movies with big climax's is often too much of an emotional challenge. I use thrive market. My favorite cheese crackers are the simple mills farmhouse cheddar. They are certified gluten free. I’ve been eating them since before I joined thrive because my H‑E‑B has them as well. You may look into trying them.

And it’s good to see Gency again. 😊 I’m an autoimmune girl too and I’m curious about your lab tests for the liver enzymes. Mine have been fluctuating for the last several years, which worries me. I’ve had various types of tests done, including ultrasound and biopsy, but everything has been normal. Now I’m wondering if it’s just an autoimmune thing. 🤷♀️ I hope you’re able to get some answers for why you’ve not been feeling well and that your labs are good.
