I love that instead of forcing someone to change their schedule/routine, you and your husband adapted to each others preferences and still do whats best for each of you and allowing you to both be at your full potential. Im personally a night person. The schedule build of morning people is very appealing to me but for some reason im naturally more energized and focused at night, and definitely do better adapting to it than trying to force myself to be a morning person. So happy to see youre doing well!

Your puppy is adorable. I have a cat who's going to be 17 years old at the end of the year. Diet is the best way to keep our beasts at great health. Play, movement, and fresh water also help. Overall, good quality of life enhances the longevity of our fur, feather, and scale babies 😍

I have a clear "invisalign"-esque retainer on the top and wire like yours on the bottom. It's still aesthetic enough (for when I had to wear them around post-braces) but I believe wire is better overall. It's easier to rebend a wire into shape then fix a crack in a clear one. But if you only wear them at night, it doesn't really matter

and also due to late night studies these days, i am sleeping everyday at a different time which has triggered my migraine a lot this week😥

Hi Maya! I love watching your morning vlogs and tips! Since you asked which ones better the metal retainer or the Invisalign, I would say - NEITHER 😂 Get a permanent wired retainer, it’s a game changer! It’s such a thin wire behind your teeth you can hardly feel it 😊
