I think at this point, it's hard to deny Nia Jax has gotten so much better in ring. I can even tell with alot of her moves like the powerbomb she did to Becky. She's really trying her best not to hurt anybody, and she's doing a lot better selling and making others look better.

I think we need atleast one Orton vs Rock match before he leaves, its mind boggling to think that they've been part of the same roster but haven't had a single's match ever before. And it could also prepare him for a match with Reigns since its been a while since he last fought (In which he tore his abdominal and abductor muscles and suffered a hernia during the match. And it tore his abdomen wall) you know? Like how Edge was paired with him but instead of a full on feud just one match?

WWE can go so many routes and it would be OK, but I think the closest and most realistic approach will be Rock vs. Reigns at EC and Cody vs. Reigns at Mania. Both are under time pressure and finishing the story at Summerslam could also be a possibility, but it would drag out things too long. But yeah, I am not complaining, great shit is happening

Hear me out... We can still have Roman vs The Rock AND have Cody finish the story at WrestleMania 40. It starts on SmackDown. Randy wins this triple threat thing against AJ Styles & LA Knight. He goes on to beat Reigns at the Rumble after Jey Uso helps cost Roman the match. This sets up Jey vs Jimmy vs Solo at WM The Rock vs Roman AND Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes. That on top CM Punk vs Seth Rollins, LA Knight vs Logan Paul and Gunther vs Brock and this shows shaping up to be the best WM of all time. Add in Sasha vs Bayley for the undisputed title and Rhea vs Jade Cargill for the world title and it's a can't miss. Plus Roman vs The Rock without the title makes it harder to tell who's going over. If it's Roman vs The Rock for the title, everyone knows Roman is winning.

Here’s my *slightly* better than Tony Khan booking: Randy Orton beats Reigns for the title at Rumble. CM Punk wins the Rumble, and goes on to challenge Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania. Cody Rhodes wins Elimination Chamber, and goes on to face Randy at Mania. Roman Reigns, now looking weak, and the only way to stay Tribal Chief is by beating the Rock at Wrestlemania. You have the 10 years in the making “I hate you” feud (Rollins/Punk), the student against the master to “finish the story” (Rhodes/Orton), and a literal blood feud for control of the family (Rock/Reigns, which IMHO is big enough of a match that it doesn’t need a title involved to sell it). However you want to put those in as far as main events is up for grabs (though I’m pretty sure part of Punk’s deal was a Wrestlemania main event, and Rollins deserves a main event spot, plus it elevates that title).
The stories are already there. All we need are the details. It writes itself (and yes, Randy should be the guy to end Roman’s title run; Roman almost ruined his career, Randy has been a loyal soldier for years, and he only probably has a few years left… let him have the moment).

And to anyone who says that it in any way diminishes Roman’s title run, I say it’s already diminished because he barely shows up and I can count on one hand the number of times he’s won clean in the last 3 years.

I think the story here is basically organic but I know they arent gonna do it.
-Randy wins the WWE title at the Rumble
-Roman gets a rematch at the chamber and Rock costs him the match
-At mania night 1 main event Randy vs Cody for the championship
-Night 2 main event Rock vs Roman(this match does not need the championship)
Its literally so simple
There is Definitely a difference between putting this match on at EC vs WM. i get that their PPVs are huge right now but your really discounting what a spectacle Wrestlemania truly is. A match like Rock vs Reigns...it almost feels criminal if it happens anywhere but on the Grandest Stage Of Them All.

Okay, so this is roughly how i'd book it...
Randy vs Roman at the Royal Rumble. Randy beats Roman BUT to keep Roman strong, Randy wins because the Rock interferes in the match. That also sets up nicely Rock vs Roman for WM, it's the first step.
That also allows Cody to win the Royal Rumble match, setting up what, in my opinion, would be a much more significant "finish to the story" at Wrestlemania against Randy Orton. There's much more history there between the two, both short and long term.
Finally that frees up the Raw title so we can still have CM Punk vs Seth Rollins.
All that plus you can have Jimmy vs Jey, LA Knight vs Logan Paul, Gunther, Judgement Day, maybe a Priest cash in, Rhea, Skye, cameos from the likes of Stone Cold and much more, making it the biggest Wrestlemania ever.
The second you get rid of Roman it falls apart. Since now it shows Cody was never good enough to beat Roman which makes him look really weak. It has to be Cody vs Roman at wrestlemania.

Orton became the first WWE World Heavyweight Champion in December of 2013, and the biggest babyface at that time was Daniel Bryan who was trying so hard to fight everyone and against all odds finally got the title match at WM30 in 2014 and just after the Orton becoming the champion of champions, then at Royal Rumble ....from Hollywood, Batista returned it became a Triple threat match
Similarly
Roman is your current undisputed champion, and Orton was holding both main championships, Cody is fighting whole year to finish his story as a babyface just like Daniel Bryan and 10 years from the Batista's Hollywood return THE ROCK returned in WWE and gave the hints for going after Roman, so it can be just like WM30, that at WM40 it'll be TRIPLE THREAT match b/w ROMAN REIGNS, CODY RHODES and THE ROCK

I think that roman should either drop the belt at the rumble to randy or to cody at elimination chamber, preferably to cody, and then have the rock vs roman at mania in the night 2 main event where roman will win and then roman and rock hug it out and then they walk backstage and then Roman would be the one true head of the table and then he leaves for a while and then comes back as a face to reunite with the usos and take down the judgement day or something

Cody came back to complete something his father couldn't do. Win the WWE championship. It doesn't matter if he beat Roman, LA Knight, Orton or whoever is champion. He came back to win the title. Not beat Roman. So what's the big deal about Roman and Cody?
Because Roman is the #1 guy and Cody is the #2 guy being built as the next #1 guy. Cody V Roman would be the biggest match between WWE Roster Members.

Roman is barely a member of the roster anymore and Cody had the most matches out of anyone in 2023.
Cody had also been doing some promoting, charity appearances, and was the one who made the speech for Tribute To the Troops, while Roman wasn't even there.
Cody and Roman might be the same age, but Roman is clearly no longer doing his job as the top guy anymore, (he's still the biggest draw and is making them the most money, but isn't doing the job that Cena in 2009, for example was doing. He's more like Taker in 2009) that mantle has been taken by Cody and Seth.
Why not make it official by just giving the belt to Cody? And why not let the guy whose been dominant as Champ for 3 years be the one doing the job?
Besides, if age matters so much, then remember that Roman won the Universal Championship from Bray Wyatt. Bray was younger than Roman. Triple H also put Batista over as the top guy, despite them being close to the same age.
Shawn Michaels (even though it was by coercion) put Stone Cold over. And Shawn losing to Austin seemed like the plan even if Shawn's injuries never happened.
Cena put CM Punk over too.
All these guys I mentioned were about the same age as the guy they were putting over, and with the exception of Shawn Michaels, they all stayed despite losing their top guy status.

easy fix: cody comes really close to royal rumble win, probably down to the last 2 contestants. but looses. but this rejuvinates his desire to win the title again, he tries different ways to get into the title picture but there's no way now.
let's say he tries to have a match against roman in elimination chamber but there's no match of roman on elimination chamber as wwe officials are afraid of roman lossing the match and risking the roman v rock match at wrestlemania.
so, he criticises roman for not defending the title but he recognises, he is too protected, and there;s not much he can do, besides roman defeated him earlier. so, now he starts criticising damian priest, cody says, ever since he had won money in the bank he had not used it, he is wasting it. he will never use it because he is too afraid of taking the risk and loosing the contract. instead he has been holding on to the contract. so, cody challenges him for the money in the bank contract.
cody belittles priest for a few weeks, then cody gets into the nerve of priest and gets the opportunity and wins the money in the bannk, and cody says, he will be cashing in the money in the bank on the main event of wrestlemania... if you want to surprize the audience, make rock defeat roman and then cody cashes in on rock in a few seconds.

book roman vs the rock at summerslam instead with cody winning at mania it’ll give kayfabe absence with roman going through the 5 stages of grief from being defeated of the championship and head of the table status and since he was part timer with the belt it’ll be easier for people to forget about roman with other talent on the rise and in kayfabe allow a pent up roman to seek vengeance on his cousin WITHOUT a championship and summerslam is the closest big 4 PPV from mania so why not financially and importantly for the fans
