The only reason to watch Cody vs Solo is cause of Roman's return.. otherwise that match isn't even ppv worthy, not to talk of main event. They could spice it up a bit by making it bloodline rules or sth. They definitely need to get Cody some better challengers after this. His title reign has been honestly subpar.
It’s because smackdown were shafted severely from the draft. They don’t have many world title challengers left to challenge Cody. Raw is way too stacked and you could easily see out its world title picture for the year. That explains why smackdown has eventually gotten lacklustre compared to raw.

Smackdown needs to start doing something else besides pushing the bloodline every single week, yea we can see a backstage thing but not every main event. There is so much stories to me told but they keep on beating a dead horse

He probably doesn't want to book 2 special guest referee matches for SummerSlam and Dom has already said I hate you to Liv so it will not make sense for him to be the special guest referee. Dom being on the ringside will be more unpredictable.

Card looks fire, almost every match is unpredictable and have a few possibilities, can’t wait for Punk vs Drew and Roman’s return
I've a feeling in Cody/Solo match that Jey will come out to help Cody, as Cody did say "Until we Yeet again" back when he won the title, then Jimmy comes out to help Jey out, and then Roman will sneak attack Solo/Jacob.
Raw is making summerslam feel more must see than SmackDown side, hell The women’s tag team titles are being defended this Friday BEFORE summerslam which is hilarious 😂😂.

For Drew/Punk they'll do a similar finish to SS97 when Shawn tried to attack Bret but hit 'Taker instead. It'll be Drew provoking Seth, then leading to Punk inadvertently getting laid out and losing.
Gunther better win, Punk vs drew is gonna be the main selling point, Logan Paul finally losing and LA claiming his first title that's gonna be big YEAH and yes to save the finale, Roman has to enter or yup I'll be bullying about the show ending too💀

Punk and drew are fucking incredible man they’ve been so good and the fact that’s punks been able to do all this without even being able to work is a testament to just how damn good he is.
I don't wait for Roman's return. If he returns, fine. I want to see another (more obvious) tension between Randy and Cody!
Cody vs Solo is just sad. Nobody cares about the maych itself, everyone is excited about a return that may not tie into this feud but more to prpgress a bloodline feud in itself. This match feels like a placeholder

I feel that this summerslam revolves around Roman Reigns potentially coming back however If you ask me, La knight vs Logan Paul feels more of a main event than Cody vs solo considering the fact that they’re in Logan’s home town in Cleveland.

About the Rhea-Liv rivalry, I feel like maybe it's not going to be Dom who betrays Rhea, but it will be Finn, the reason is that Liv helped them win the tag titles while Rhea wasn't there, Damien and Rhea has a good relationship and we know that Finn has problems with Damien. And the other thing i noticed is that when Rhea told Dom to not care about Jay, Finn actually told him to find him and beat him up, to go against what Rhea said. Maybe i just want to see more in this and they're just stupid but i think this would be more entertaining than they just being this stupid...
