    Recipe Ingredients:
    1 1/4 cups dry white wine
    6 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 large shallots, quartered and peeled (root end left intact)
    1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
    Red-pepper flakes (optional)
    6 ears corn, shucked and halved
    5 dozen clams, scrubbed
    2 lemons, quartered
    1 pound shell-on extra-jumbo shrimp (16 to 20)
    4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves

    This is my kind of cooking channel. No b.s. talking about when their neighborhood kid was in the mood for bla bla bla. Fast moving and giving directions. Love this chick and I would do awesome things to her too.

    4:07 i imagine or did she just say "let a morceau for me" ??!! wich is a french word, "morceau" it means a piece.... lol french is my birth language. . so i dont know why but it s always a pleasur for me to see people that i like and iam a fan to, talk in french or even just say word here and there....

    Also you need to be using soft shell clams. Little necks are to rubbery steamed. BTW I do have access to the ocean.

    If you want ocean water, go to you local pet store with saltwater fish and buy a box of salt for saltwater fish tanks

    That's so wrong! Sacrilegious even. Needs some sausage type stuff, peppercorn, paprika, season, cumin etc etc...so wrong. Lobster, crab good additions.
