I love your style. You are so funny and talented.. plus, you explain your recipes really well. I tried some of them and you are one of my favorite chefs on UA-cam!
Great looking recipe, the only thing I would add somewhere would be some citrus. Perhaps some fresh lemon juice or rind in the actual mixture. Now that I am thinking you can add some dill too for more flavour.
Made this for my family of 8, my husband and I plus our 6 children. My children's ages range from oldest to youngest-- 15 yrs to 2 yrs. This pleased and satisfied everyone of them to include my one picky eater. Thank you for this quick and healthy burger.
I may have left a comment on this before but...Whenever I am "making" breadcrumbs, I toast the bread first before grinding. This creates great flavor and because the toasting dries out the bread, it "soaks" up the moisture and binds well with whatever it's mixed with.
That's a beautiful burger right there. I would put it between two pieces of lettuce and skip the bun. Yep, making these burgers for sure. Thanks for posting.
You could have put a ring mold in the pan and then ice cream scooped your shrimp burger mixture into the ring mold so when you patted it down with the spatula it would have formed to the perfect burger shape.
Lol, I was more focused on the woman on the computer in the other room than watching her make the shrimp burgers. I do need to try this out one day. First, I have to pay attention. I have a short attention.... Hey look, a squirrel! Wait, what was I talking about again? Oh yeah, the shrimp burgers. Yeah, I going to try making one some day.
I used pre cooked shrimp just to be safe and just bound them with croutons and eggs, i think they had a little too much crumbs cause they came of the grill a little dry
shrimp doent need any binding or additives grid prosse same thing season fry dont flip till you see pink and browning season lightly with garlic salt slather on some tartar or cocktail sauce on a toasted bun tomatoes lettus onion plain mayo and katchup and dill realish is good too
to make a crispy crust gently make ing a patty lay down in a seasoned eggwash dont do anymore seasoing then coat in panko favorit bread crumbs kibbler crackers crushed is good i like adding 1 cap full of coconut extract to my 1 eggwash then crushing get this 2cups maybe 1 of frosted mine wheat cereal
A little shrimp with that bread...? No need for bread if you chop part of the shrimp a little more. It will act as a binder on its own and make the patty lighter. ATK has a great recipe that is just as simple as this one but with a few more spices ends up being much better.
U can ise a blender and use crackers/saltines instead of bread n u'll have ur bread crumbs (be aware of salt).. n yeah mince the shrimp. I have seen another chef mincing chicken till it looked like the filling of Italian sausage..
Not hair... the strains of white fiber looking thingy when you tear lettuce instead of cutting them. Way too thick to be hair also her hair is red not iceberg lettuce skin color. :P
This chick really left the tails on of the shrimp meat. Oh my God how does she have a cooking show? The crunchy shell part at the end of the tail shoulda been taken off.
I added some sliced garlic, cilantro and a pinch of chili powder...and I don't believe it. Delish.

4:07 did you guys hear that fresh crunch of the iceberg lettuce
I like you. You're so relatable. And thank you for the recipe.
I think this is a to do this week! I'm going to try and sub the mayo with soy yoghurt to make it lactose free friendly.
Mayonnaise doesn't have any dairy in it (eggs, oil, lemon, salt), so you should be ok without substituting.
Right you are! I'm new on trying the diet so I'm still finding my feet on what I can and can't have :)
Looks great
Oh no. My secret is out. How did you know that "I love you, Sarah Carey?" Ha ha. Thanks for another great recipe.
Like you said: I love you Sarah Carey! LOL

so try tonight
I love you Sarah Carey 😎
love your videos! :)
Thanks so much!
Good Stuff !!!
What kind of Food processor is this? I am looking for a new tool and this seems to be having it
Can we substitute the bread crumbs with almond flour? I am on keto and would like to keep my carbs down.
I used pre cooked shrimp just to be safe and just bound them with croutons and eggs, i think they had a little too much crumbs cause they came of the grill a little dry
You used pre cooked is why your patties came out dry. Shrimp only take 2 mins for each side.
YUMMMY
I am not a fan of shrimp but god this look gorgeous
How about adding garlic powder and old bay seasoning?
WOW!!!!
Do you serve them with mayonaise on the buns or on the side? ;) haha
The hardest part was to peel all those shrimps aside from that it was a hit at home!

Can I substitute sour cream for the mayo?
Ohh Sarah Carey you are just soo quirky and fun to cook with
I LOVE YOU SARAH
If I used prawns insted of shrimp would it still work?
Sure.
can i change the burger bun on the shrimp dough with whole wheat bread?
No, it's unstable and will explode after 135 seconds.
Sheesh.
Love you sara carey
..... Oooooooh sarah....
PSTFU!!!
I like but I had to add chives
2:58 that's what she said.
Is there a substitute for the mayo?
Yogurt, sour cream, creme fraiche, maybe an egg yolk

what do i do if i dont have a food processor?
maybe you can mince or pound them(shrimp)...
U can ise a blender and use crackers/saltines instead of bread n u'll have ur bread crumbs (be aware of salt).. n yeah mince the shrimp. I have seen another chef mincing chicken till it looked like the filling of Italian sausage..
Victoria Wee mash them with ur Teeth
I think I might not believe it
Don't forget the avocados
2:58 that's what she said
I'm so sorry for this joke :'(
Shrimp Burger recipe
you have lots of imagination for food :D
Severed salad
I love you Sarah Carey, but please toast that bun:-)
Could this be done with chicken instead? If I do the same steps but replace the shrimps with chicken.
You have to have some sort of sauce on a burger 🍔
oh Sarah LOL
That's cabbage
It's really hard to get first comment...
With what can i replace the mayonnaise?
I would guess an egg. It will still help hold everything together for less fat and more protein.
milk curd
Why didn't she wash the lettuce? That's nasty!
Mayo? Ew
cold bun ? really washing your hands yet touching the food give a few toast those buns and wash your hands
I don’t believe it!!!

The person is annoying but the recipe is good.
