    Prenatal Depression (truth) - During pregnancy I have experienced a HUGE range of emotional extremes- more than I thought possible! At times it has really taken me over to the point where I feel I will be like this forever, but I know that is not true.
    (Please note - I am not a doctor so if you feel you are suffering from clinical depression or other mental health issues consult your doctor or health care professional right away.)
    Prenatal depression and mental 'highs and lows' are super common although many people talk about 'post natal' more so. Know that you are not alone and that there is help available to help you through this period.
    I am grateful my partner and family and friends are checking in on me - although at the start I felt embarrassed telling them I wasn't coping. Into the 2nd trimester now, I am using these simple tips myself in the video to help me go day by day, and allow more rest and time for me during the pregnancy which is helping.

    I know this is an old video but as someone who is currently 25 weeks with my first child and very depressed and stressed out, im glad I found it. Thank you for your words. I try to meditate but it can be hard. I will definitely journal today.

I did this video 5 years ago, my eldest Lincoln is nearly 5 now, and Leon is 2 🥰 Do always speak to your doctor about your feelings and get more help if needed. It's a lot to process becoming a mum. Do little things that keep you connected to yourself plus to get you organized aswell for baby.       Halley H hi and thanks for ur comment ! Its a big topic and often women feel different during and after the baby. Make sure u get support from ur local clinic and always ask for help or for a chat from someone when u need. This really helped me during and even now with my 6 month old Lincoln!     Amazing video thank you so much!!! I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I’ve been experiencing lots of anxiety and panic attacks. I’m really excited about my baby but the hormones are driving nuts. Thanks for this amazing video I’m going to try these tips.

      @@nanita7848 Congratulations!! I’m doing so much better now. The anxiety and panic attacks were gone after week 6. The vomiting and migraines were gone after week 18th and now I’m 28 weeks feeling normal and eating normally also. Just a little reflux and swollen feet but nothing compared to those first months. I really hope you have a wonderful journey and lots of health for you and the baby ❤️. Remember every week it’s a milestone and you’re carrying a miracle that will love you forever no matter what. Enjoy it 🌹.

      @@CelyDeni awww thank you I think I am around 6 weeks as well not sure but my mental health is really bad . And I have intrusive thoughts 🥺 and anxiety chest pain and a lot of stomach acid … I also get worried about getting postpartum it’s a lot going on rn but I see a lot of moms that went through the same so it helps a bit . I’m glad your doing better 🧡🥺

    Hi, I'm 25 weeks pregnant and feeling very sad n depressed this week. I am not liking my fav food, having back n stomach pain and lot of mood swings. Feels like so bad can't explain :(

      Hi Madhu🤗 I am sorry you are feeling this way! I totally understand, went through the same but it's temporary.     I’m high risk and cannot exercise due to my adrenal insufficiency
