    Great gentle stretches before totally relaxing for this Sunday night. Yesterday, I did day 9 core challenge, I’m going tore-visit day 9 either tomorrow or another non-gym day. It was a set of mishaps type day. So, the stretches were great to relax and re-center for week ahead. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

    So i did this instead of the fat burn - not quite what I was supposed to do - but this was lovely - and settled my stomach which was a bit upset after drinking kefir - lovely
