I work in auto parts retail and I love Griots leather and interior cleaner and protectant. Also any microfiber cloths dry on low heat by themselves or lay flat to dry and lint roll after. I never put them in the dryer because they tend to pull all the lint out of your dryer which can scratch paint and surfaces.

Depends how dirty it is..you could use an air compressor and blow everything out and vacuum. Or remove your seats.as for prevention, there's no like one all be all solution.common sense would just don't eat in your car or do anything in your car that would create that mess

Just so you know Milwaukee sells 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch wrench bits for that 1/4 inch impact driver and it has plenty of power to take seats out and stuff. So technically you wouldn’t need the 3/8 impact but they are definitely nice to have if you do any mechanic work.

I recomend you to use something called Chamois water sprite to dry up the cars whe you wash them because they really absorb all of the water are they don't damage the paint because they're made up of synthetic animal skin or something like that.

The Lily brush has been used EVERYWHERE! It find cat hair we didn’t know was there. And I agree “store” bought microfiber towels are terrible, I’ve tried many brands. I enjoy your channel content! Keep it coming.

Chemical Guys makes another form of protectant, called VRP (vinyl, rubber, plastic). Its like a liquidy paste if that makes sense and I use it in my arsenal for interior and exterior, makes tires shine really well and highly recommend you give it a try, its about $10 to $12 and is definitely worth it!

Nice video James, but funny not to be using anything from CarPro, Gyeon or Adam’s. I think I’ve seen you use CarPro PERL and as its able to be diluted, I tend to have a few different ‘blends’ with me. So far its my go to for tyre dressing (1:2), interior as a a sub for 303 (1:5) and I also have a 1:3 mix I use on engines. It is also recommended for leather, but I tried it and I’m yet to find a dilution that is better than Adam’s or Duragloss.

  • @cobraunit66

Make an exterior one man. I was going to comment on the last video because I thought it was cool how you didn't have all your supplies and still came out really good. I use Adam's for the wash and tires and ever since you recommended rehab by lithium I've used that for the inside since my car has a leather interior. I also bought their ceramic and trim serum which works really great. Before I used Chemical guys all purpose cleaner for my tires but I like Adam's tire cleaner better. Just recently picked up the glass cleaner. Honestly man you helped a lot by recommending stuff. I did a full clean to my mom's suv and it was my first time doing a full clean so I wasn't sure if I was doing it right but I remembered you said you can't fail a detail because at the end even if it's not the best it will be better than how it was. The time it takes to detail sucks but at the end it's all worth it. Thanks for all the advice and recommend products really helps.

I use old school saddle soap with a chip brush and dipping water cup to thin the saddle soap as I'm spreading it around, follow that up with a wipe down, distilled water rinse and wipe then a lanolin conditioner rub and wipe. Works great for vinyls also. Then when I wash the exterior I use a blower to dry the vehicle
