Please don’t take this the wrong way but it took me a while to finally write this comment. When I first saw your video Dr. Daf I thought you were “crazy” and “brainwashed”. I’m so glad I still decided to listen given my mean thoughts. You have taught me so much!! I love my mom and she did an amazing job raising me but I was not taught the true definition of femininity. I was taught to take pride in my appearance but I have issues speaking to men and how to treat them respectfully. It’s a daily struggle but I watch you and listen to how you talk and try to find my feminine voice. I thank you for always showing grace while also displaying power. I hope this comment made sense, and please continue to make great videos ❤
She said something about when you see a plus size woman inlove with her self, is so theraputic and loveable ..❤️❤️ this is so true .... there's nothing good like a plus size woman drive into her feminine energy.they even get married quickly than anyone ☺️☺️
I always look forward to your videos! I've been trying to compliment my husband more and forgive him for things I disagree with and not bring them up. These simple things have been such a blessing to my marriage. I'm still struggling but I would like to start working on my appearance and the way I walk as well. I have an autoimmune disease that makes it more difficult but... Practice makes perfect. So I'm trying to enjoy the practice everyday.
Last week you posted a video on a gentle and quiet spirit and I commented that I had a week long workshop. Let me tell you, it went well. Also I told myself that I would wear dresses and heels, I did. It really went well and boosted my confidence. Thank you for another beautiful video
Thank you so much for sharing that with me!! I'm thankful that it went well and you felt more confident. It truly is what makes you beautiful. Blessings and love to you!🩷✨
Hope you read my comment. I tend to overthink what people tell me and turn it into something negative. I know deep down some of the comments I get do not come from a bad place, but I still struggle with that. I know sometimes some people are threatened by others. This video made me reflect deeply
I practice grace by letting men do . I started speaking to people who make eye contact , and I constantly try to love on men platonically and with family
Learning how to be softer and more graceful in every aspect of my life. Learning how to be more gracious with my words and holding space for my husband to lead. We all looooooove you Dr. Michelle Daf❤
I love what you are doing in the feminity space especially staying true to the Kingdom woman perspective. In the corporate space showing up as 100% woman and feminine feels like my superpower. I get so much farther than trying to be one of the boys like some of my female counterparts. God bless!
I’ve been appreciating and share your videos with other single mom friends who are trying to find our way back to true femininity despite being the head of the house
I just love you 🥰. I listen to you every day you have helped me refocus my life on God and girl!!!! Something happened and I needed him Chile. I have you to thank for making difficult information plateable and easy to digest and doing it with such care. I hope to meet you someday. See you tomorrow lol 💞
Thanks so much for the videos you put out. Came across your channel yesterday and this is exactly what I need to learn at this point in my life. Am on my journey to being more feminine ❤
I just left a birthday party for my neice and one of my sisters husbands guy friends sat next to me and I sat and talked with him for a little bit then I went to go say hi to other guests time flies and by the time i get back to the seat he is about to go home is that uncouth or rude? Would it have been more feminine if I just sat down and waited for people to come to me if they wanted too?
Hi Michelle. Thank you for this impactful content. I have a quick question - ever since I started being more intentional about exuding joy and warmth, a lot more men have approached me. Most of them I’m open to being platonic/cordial with. what are your thoughts on how to respond when asked for my phone number? Should I just give it out to avoid being unpleasant? It’s not necessarily unwelcome attention, as I’m open to being friendly, but usually nothing romantic. Should I share my number just because they asked and I am being open and friendly?
Hi love 🩷 great question 💕 You only do what you want to do not just because they asked. Most Men are not going to want to just be your friend. So it will probably end up being a nuisance in the end. If I were you I wouldn't give it out unless it's someone I am interested in romantically. You can be friendly online lol
Michelle , as a 23 year old feminine law student who lives in a urban city, I am often told that Iook too friendly when I walk down the street, hence why so many people approach me. My response to the people approaching me is to pretend I don’t see or hear them. The problem is I feel bad about it. Even my interactions with staff at my school, a security guard recently tried flirting with me, but I politely shut it down. My family thinks it’s because I am too open that people see that and try to take advantage, they say I should not smile as often or talk with others for too long. My mom has suggested often that I dress down with hoodies or hats that hide me so people don’t think I’m pretty. I don’t feel like myself when I do that though, and often go back to being myself. How can I better respond to these situations? Are they completely avoidable or am I doing right by firmly shutting down advances as they come?
Hi sweetie wow this is such an important question. I'm going to do a video to address it for you. But in short, you should not respond to unwelcome advances. You should be mindful of your clothing choices but never try to dress like a man to avoid attention. I find walking with a straight face and then smiling at the people I want to smile or look friendly towards works well. I too have had these experiences my whole life. It's just how God made you and it's a matter of learning how to carry yourself while being safe and how to end conversations and create boundaries.
@@drmichelledaf Thank you Michelle ! I was praying God would let you see my comment. It’s comforting to know someone else has experienced these things as well. I look forward to the video you make on this in the future. Side note: I love your outfit so much! As soon as I saw it I ran to put something similar together to wear tomorrow!
Thank you for your content..trying to gain better understanding communication with men..masculine men are direct and as a feminine women don’t take it personal or get defensive..but when communicating back I need to be particular about tone and choice of words? The opposite of direct? So in simple terms men can dish it but can’t take it? I’m really trying to understand..aren’t they the stronger ones of the two sexes?
Thank you for watching love. It's more about speaking in the way that's going to be received best by the listener. Men have this objective too but many lack proper social skills. Have you listened to my podcast? I go a bit deeper into this dynamic on there.
@@drmichelledaf thank you and yes I do..ok I understand..ultimately it’s for my benefit for long term results…I’ve learned a lot about self control and grace from you..thank you so much..hasn’t been easy but it’s been an eye opener..I’m learning to be a wife so thank you again!!
Hi love I'm sorry I missed it. I would NEVER advocate for anyone to stay in a relationship where abuse is present. Never. But can it be fixed, yes, if the person is willing to do the necessary work. This work is done alone and not while being a victim to their abuse. Your life is too precious to risk regardless of the kind of abuse you experience.
Thank you so much for your feedback! God bless you and your family. I have read both the respect and love book as well as woman’s purpose thank you so much for your videos being the start for my journey. Love this, I needed this❣️ The passive aggression from other women because I am a "girly girl" gets tiring. This reiterated everything I know & more.
I understand how you feel and don’t let them get you down…continue to be you❤
