@@ChrisFontenot-w9o Thank you. I hope it all goes smoothly for you. Just take your time and plan out your steps. You can get most of the pieces but not all of the panels are available. Best of luck to you.
Yeah. This rig would never have survived Michigan, not a spatter of undercoat. We wouldn’t have any metal left to weld to. haha. The thicker and gooier the better. Right? Hahaha
I just picked a 1982 K5 / K10 Blazer Going to do a full restoration on the truck and was wondering where i can find a full floor pan at. I'm doing a LS swap and up grading the transmission It's been setting for 30 years
Hi there. I love the 82’. I’m not really sure about full floor pans. I know LMC offers full pans for cargo area but only sections or half’s for the front areas. You could try BROTHERS as well. I haven’t dug into searching for full front pans. I love the idea of the LS especially in a driver. Hopefully you do drive it a lot. Best of luck and enjoy your project. Keep us posted on what you find.
I have a white 1986 K5 with some of the same issues. I thing I would like to ask you is, does your K5 have dual shocks on it, because mine has them and I’ve never seen them on others. Is that common to have dual shocks?
Ahhh, the dreaded square body rust. I’ve seen dual shocks on a couple, not very common from what I’ve seen. I think it was a dealer option, add on or upgrade. Those brackets and hardware are still available though places like “LMC”. Thank you for watching
About to start this same journey. Best video out that i have seen showing tips so far.

How's about some greasy snotty under coating? Looks good from the rust belt of Michigan
