  • My daughter Ana was born in Thailand in October 2020. Because my parents dont use mobile phones they had only seen photos of their granddaughter plus the occasional video call when I was living in Sydney (Ana would have been less than 6 months at this stage).
In April this year Ana is now 18 months, we decided to fly everyone over to Thailand so that the Australian grandparents can finally meet their thai granddaughter for the first time. Due to the grandparents not being able to video call their granddaughter, Ana wouldnt really have any memory of them. This is what happened and how they spent their 3 weeks in Thailand with Ana.

    About me:
My name is Klaus (also go by Freddy), a former bean counter making up for lost time.
In 2018 I left the nine to five world to chase new experiences at home and abroad.
March 2020 comes along and the world stops, so did the ability to travel.
The global situation meant that I was to be separated from the mrs and little one for the next 12 months. I came back to Thailand in March 2021 with the intention to join my little family.
Originally I started this channel because I thought I would need something to keep me occupied, keep me out of trouble .. With a young daughter you quickly learn that spare time is a thing of the past :) If I can add a few videos here and there just for the memories, ill be happy :) Thank you for watching.

Fantastic. Babies grow so fast,🥰. I'm Aussie, almost 70 years old, have 3 sons, all out in the world. 😂. Great to see your parents had a chance to meet your family. All the best to you and family. 😇❤️

Beautiful family and always nice to see grandparents with their grandchildren! Just curious...I have a question, are you and your parents perhaps of Dutch-Indoeuropean descent? I know that after Indonesia's independence from the Netherlands, many Dutch-Indoeuropean people went to Australia.

Hey Klaus, Im not sure if you remember me but my name's Simon. I did TAFE with you at Ultimo almost 20 years ago. I remember you left a message on my mobile, but sadly I lost my mobile shortly after and lost all my friends details. It mightve been too long for you to remember but I came across your video because I regularly watch Expat youtube channels. Hope youre doing well and hope we can chat again.

More or less back to normal.. to answer your previous comment, if one more baby comes we may have to buy next door (vacant land) then this poor gentleman is going back to work 🤕
