So could it be a solution to lease/rent a piece of land long term, up to 30 years, for a few thousand THB and build aa expandable budget house on it? Except the worker´s salary as they live in Central Thailand near HuaHin, which should be on a higher level. Asking for a Farang couple with several dogs, no Thai involved.
We can supply house plots or farms for 30 years and help build houses. It's a low-cost way to live for sure

What a life I would love to live in thailand but unfortunately it seems legally impossible for me to stay there for more than 6 months a year :(
