A lot of wood shop channels on UA-cam, but yours is at the top. You have a knack for teaching and your video work is great. Appreciate you.

Looks amazing, used to work for Buffalo Trace for over a decade. That William Weller is a very tasty bourbon. Great job!

Looks great. I like that it does double duty as well. That blue looks great with the walnut.

Sweet use of the walnut board! The contrast of the inlays and the epoxy really make the board pop! Great job

I have had this idea for a coffee table floating around in my head for months, but couldn't get my brain wrapped around this one step. The router template process you used just made it click. Thanks!

I love the project. I'm not sure if this was asked before, but would it not be easier to put the epoxy in before the bowties?

Nice timing of this video, waiting for my inlays same company in the mail. Also made my first flight board live edge walnut yesterday awaiting a small amount of epoxy in glass holes. Just for color but to get rid of the burn marks Boy my bit did not enjoy that walnut. Thank You.

Awesome! I seriously considered doing the same thing with the epoxy in the glass holes.

I see you haven't replied to quite a few messages over the past year, but I have a question. I'm curious as to why you didn't use the router instead of the forstner bit. That center divot kinda bugs me......
Thanks for the idea.....I'm going to make a few of these......have to see if I can make a template for the locaters.

Do you calculate epoxy curing time per beer? As well as Don't Drink & Drive, Don't Operate Machinery !! Accidents @Work to be Avoided !!
The board looks good, and you still have all fingers & toes attached! ;-) 🤣👍

May I emphasize the use of “odorless” mineral spirits in cleanup use. I know, sounds like common sense, right? I used the regular stuff, and my wife told me I might as well burn it. The smell would kill any joy of bourbon tasting, beer tasting, cheese and meat sampling. It literally stunk. Smelled like the fumes at a bus stop, or the diesel truck line at Buc-ee’s. I tried everything to get rid of the odor, alcohol, soap and water, detergent and hot water, went to the car wash and power washed it … OMG. I hated myself for about a week, then ended up putting my board in my kiva fire pit.
    Lesson learned.

80 dollars for the stencil and three inlays? I have watched enough of your videos to know that you have the tools and the brains to make your own stencils and inlays. I'm sorry if this came out sounding mean but I really do believe you could do it. 😇😇
