  • This balance and fall-prevention exercise is designed to help you improve proprioception in you feet help you "feel the floor" better as you move from sitting to standing. Do not do this exercise with a rolling chair. Stabilize your chair next to the wall so it cannot move. Have someone beside you for support at all times.
