Sir Mera INFP personality hai. It is a statistical truth that our personality types have a conscientiousness level of 30-45% max, this is lower than average. I believe I'm sensitive and take longer to recover. But I don't think numbering a task with work hours would always conclude as effective work. I've known nobel prize scientists who have worked only 3 hours daily and have achieved inventions. I like research , but my brain will go exhausted if I study more than 3 hours.
