Except 4 I follow everything else, I was new in city and was lonely so thoda oversharing ho gaya 😅 I don't participate in gossip meetings, however I found that people are gossiping about me (unhone kudh ne chahe pura database hi kyun na uda diya ho) this is creating an unconscious bias in my manager's mind that I am not working properly or whatever which is not necessarily true and my manager is not even giving me chance to highlight the importance of things that I have achieved or my contributions to the team. There're so many people leaving India for better opportunities abroad, is "Reservation" is the only or biggest reason that they left India? Please make a video on that 🙏🙏🙏. Edit: How many do you meet from "Reserve" category people for consultation. Is their number higher than general/upper caste category people.
In India 85% of population of SC/ST/OBC who have 50% of reservations. For general categories who are just 15% of population having EWS 10% of reservations. If you are somewhere in out of India you are also getting reservations of Indian seats there and you oppose the reservation system 😊

What I can see in my experience with 3-4 companies. They always keep managerial posts for the community of owners. If 20 mangers are there then definitely 15 are from owners relatives or same community. They will never give chance to outsiders/others. Even this is bad for any organisation, always keep diversity in company. Even you see the listed companies then also they are doing same… Pvt sector there are dominations of upper caste people. Once it change India will be a Super power .
