Delois was my good friend, and a great Gospel singer. She was always so lovely to all! I thank God she touched my life! I really salute Billie and Rhodesa for continuing to sing on!
“Jesus Will,” was rearranged by Conductors of Music, Charles Pikes, and Rodessa Barrett Porter. Delois Barrett Campbell, and The Barrett Sisters were guest Artists on Trinity UCC Sanctuary Choir’s CD entitled, “The Artist,” Conductor of Music, Jeffrey Radford!!!
My cousin and I saw "SAY AMEN SOMEBODY" in early 1981, I was on a trip to Honolulu later in the year, walking down the street with friends and there were the Barrett Sisters, how surprised I was! We stopped, talked a bit and they invited us to their concert that night, but unfortunately we couldn't attend as we had other plans. However, meeting them was a highlight of my trip that will stay with me forever.
Delois Barrett Campbell sang her heart out! She's praising the Lord Now! A TRUE Icon who will be greatly missed for her contributions to Gospel Music!

@uprayup & Shonda: Tina Brown is a dynamic vocalist and Chicago native who was hand picked by Delois Barrett Campbell to sing Ms. Lois' parts in The Barrett Sisters group when she developed polyps on her vocal chords that silence her legendary singing voice. Tina has been a close friend of The Barrett Sisters since 1999, and they often refer to her as their daughter.

Love this beautiful song reminds me of looking and seeing on a Gospel Music Show as a little girl and until it went off the air. That show had Gospel Legend from my hometown and everywhere. @diaprods Thank you so much! After looking at a view videos, I thought Tina was her daughter because Ms Deloris stated her name as Tina Brown Campbell. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Well, Ms Campbell hand picked the right person because Tina is the "chosen one" if you will. She fits is the group perfectly.

@PennTrafford Yes, Aug 9, 2011 at Trinity. The musical was recorded by the Trinity A/V department and there are plans for a dvd to be made available t the public. What you see here is my recording that focused mostly on the family that will be included in the forthcoming documentary.
