This was all just lucky timing. Hoping the market doesn’t leave me in the dust now that I’ve sold out and started renting an apartment. Only time will tell.
great vid, personally looking for my first apartment, markets crazy rn, def a sellers market. Need more vids like this and maybe even financial tips for us younger adults :) Glad you got it going for you CNP!
I would recommend you to checkout the last 2 episode from the all-in podcast, I think this is a good strategy in a growth cycle but there is a good chance that qqq and voo might fall even more, thus making you have a heavier loss. I would look at value stocks as well as we might be headed towards a recessionary period in the economy
It’s been hit and miss. I definitely want to make a video once we get back in a bull market. I think this first quarter is going to be tough. Today was certainly a great day
Why wouldn’t you just use all the money to buy VOO stocks since it has the highest dividends rate? (Sorry if it’s a stupid question i’m in high school so I don’t really understand all of these things)
Up 5 figures. It’s become something I’m a little attached to now tho. And I’m starting to house hunt again and don’t want to sell 😭 gonna find a good workaround
To be fair, I’m buying the dip on roku. I’d say that’s somewhat aggressive. Tesla and Uber are definitely growth stocks as well. Or did you mean more for day trading?
@@ASMRCollectNPlay maybe not quite day trading something more short term like quarter to two quarter time frame. For example I’m looking at SNAP cause it’s fallen like 70-80% this year.
If I could do it over again, I would say start building a base. Something to fall back on. Once you have that, you can get more risky with investments like crypto and startups because you’re young. You can afford the risk when you’re young. You may win, you may lose. But at some point, you will want to stop being so risky and start going more conservative. Where you’ll have your base already formed.
Yes and no. I have an advisor that handles my Roth and he gave me some advice on what to do. But as far as what I’m investing in and how much, I’m doing this all myself. I’m not a professional but I do have a degree in accounting and finance. Just aiming for some sort of return along with quarterly / monthly dividends
@@ASMRCollectNPlay awesome man, glad you’re doing great and appreciate the advice. Hopefully this market gets better asap. Just graduated in Marketing but planning on doing my MBA and will probably take some finance electives. I really need to learn this stuff
Crazy how your equity has exploded, remember watching these just 2 years ago. You’ve come a long way man

Thanks for sharing this I really enjoy financial/investing informative videos super interesting
These are the videos I miss. These and those old 2K/Warzone vids where you talk and not play. This is GOAT tier content.
Warzone streams coming back now that I have a stream key. Should be really interesting
Great video!!! I love seeing these types of videos, it educates me and is entertaining!!!!!
These are so relaxing

You should do an update video on your investments. Think you’ve done pretty well in this market 👍🏼

Diversification! There’s a lot of overlap with all the ETFs I bought but some have companies the others don’t have
VOO VTI and SPY have a bunch of overlap IMO. Great portfolio though! You’re probably up heavy at the time I’m watching this

CNP when you get married can I be the flower girl🥺
These numbers are very interesting, I really want to fully understand these
It’s way more simple than it all sounds. I’ll make a basics video maybe soon.
@@ASMRCollectNPlay I’m sure, I’ve always been interested in numbers so it all sounds so interesting
@@ASMRCollectNPlay please do I’d like to learn about investing and what all the terms mean and how to do it
So, on a $30k investment you’re only coming out with $30,400 (for example with VOO)? With a simple CD in one year you’d come out with over $31,000.
Good stuff man. So did you have a job in this space or learned it for your personal finances?
I graduated with both an accounting and finance degrees. I’ve always had an interest in investing

Have you considered taking maybe 1-5K to play aggressively with? Just curious.

I wouldn’t. I’m pretty sure they’re going to go fully automated at some point. Just a fleet of self driving cars.
