Beautiful space! I would never leave my bedroom in the morning. As the bell rings......Room service, please! I would like some toast and eggs please.......!
This is amazing! The space you live in is beautiful. One can only be happy in such a realm. And it is as beautiful as the space that surrounds it. Won't there be aquatic plants in your realm? They would certainly be wonderful from your hands.
Thank you so much Oreg! I have been looking into aquatic plants. There is so much to learn. I have a tank for fish and to grow plants. I hope I can make it happen. Thank you for the encouragement! Have a great night! Thank you for watching!
Rachel you get such wonderful light in that area and your plants a thriving and beautiful. I would be glued to that chair with a book and coffee😂😂LOVE IT!!
Hi Melissa!! Yes, that is my book nook! I love to sit there and do my reading. It is very peaceful. My son does his studies there as well. I love the sunny corner. Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much, Diane! I will say that this space brings me so much joy! Thank you so much for sharing your kind feedback. Have a wonderful night and weekend!
Thanks so much, Barbara! I get so much joy from looking at these beautiful plants. It is really nice to have a place to meet up with like minded people who share my leaf joy! Thank you so much for watching and sharing this sweet comment!
Thank you Natalie! I went out to my shed and I pulled out one of my lanterns. I put a spider plant into it. I am excited to see it grow this season. Thanks again for that great idea!
Welcome to you!! Thank you. I love baby stingray plants. they are so cute. I just gave one of the babies from my plant to my mother in law. she loves this plant as well. Thank you for sharing your favorites with me. Enjoy your day!!!
I just love your plants 🌵🌺🌸🌱🌻☘️🌱🌿 New to the channel and I have to say you are amazing plant mom!! You take care of your pants and you can see the love you have for them!!! I'm just getting into plants and learning how to take good care of them!!! And I love my babies !!!! God bless.🙏🙏
Thanks for the tip, Donnetta!!! I didn't think about the scotch gaurd. I will give that a try this weekend. I am excited about that. I appreciate that.
Thoroughly enjoyed your bedroom tour. 😊 I had never seen or heard of a Stingray plant ..she's very beautiful and such a unique growth pattern! Thanks for sharing ❤
Hi Lady D!!! Thank you so much. When I found this beauty, she was a new plant for me as well, I was shocked to see how she grew and changed in size. This was a $6 supermarket find. I am so happy I picked her up. she is a fav for me. Thank you for watching!!!
Lovely plants! I'm especially amazed with your stingray! I hope mine will be as large as yours and with more than 4 leaves at a time! I was in a panic over mine, then saw a video by Sheffield Made Plants explaining that Alocasia tend to lose their oldest leaf, when they get a new leaf. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders! She's one of my favorites. 💚🌿
Thank you so much!!! Yes, the Alocasia work hard to maintain healthy leaves. It will not hold on to leaves that will make the entire plant struggle. I love that about them. It is all about keeping the plant alive and thriving. I have to find this channel here on YT. Thank you for mentioning her. Enjoy your night!
You're a brave soldier, my plants never go outside . I'm too afraid of slimy , slow moving creatures hitching a ride back inside when the weather changes . 😁
LOL!!! I am really not brave at all, Linda. I re-pot most of these plants before they set foot in my home. It's the thought of the spiders that get me.
Hi Rachel, greetings from Charlotte, NC! Loved this video. Wonderful tour of your bedroom plants. So much beauty and such a serene space. I’m new to your channel and I already love it! Your comment about the lemon lime philodendron made me laugh simply because I had the same reaction the first time I saw it about four or five years ago . 😂. You don’t know what you don’t know, right)? After I realized the plant’s color was as it should be, I jumped on board fast. I love the contrast it gives when placed by a deep green plant. Thanks again for a fun video! 👌🪴🥰
Hi Peggy!! Thank you so much for watching and sharing your experience. That lemon lime plant really through me for a loop. I love the way she fits into my collection but, as you said, what you don't know, you don't know. I still check her now when I see new leaves that look odd. She is a beautiful addition to dark green plants! Thanks again for watching and sharing!
Such a peaceful and beautiful room! The light is amazing - no wonder your plant babies are SO lush and happy...I would be, too. Like someone before me said, I would have a really hard time leaving that room - truly an enchanting space. Thanks for sharing! 🥰👏🏽🪴👏🏽🥰
My raindrop I almost lost too......but she is still alive.....I am going to try mine outside this summer to get her strong again....i love all the alocasias too and collect them.....I did find the new from costa farms the Corzan....it has a silver sheen to it and it is growing perfectly...highly recommend if you find one....in the trending tropical collection....oh and my silver dragon has a new leaf about to uncurl too! Ours can uncurl together!! Thanks so so much for this beautiful video :)....see you soon! ♡tina
Yay to alocasia leaves!!! I am looking up the Corzan right now......OOOOOOOOOH.... she is gorgeous!! I will have to look out for her. I am so excited about it. She must be amazing! She is very silver. Yes, our silver dragons will have play group together!! LOL! I love it! Thank you so much for sharing your excitement for your plants!!!
Thank you so much for watching! I always laugh at thinking she was a sick plant. I am happy that I was not alone with that feeling. Have a great night Michelle!!!
Thank you for sharing your bedroom plants. So relaxing; I watched the entire tour and was so sorry when it was over, it was like watching a good movie. Certainly enjoyed it. Very therapeutic.
Hi Rachel! I was almost screaming at the intro......so so pretty.....love your stingray......what window is she in front of?....looks like she loves it so much......ok going to keep watching!
Thank you so much, Tina!!! This made me feel so happy! Thank you!!!!! My stingray is in my South facing window. She does love it, but she also likes it when she is in the west facing window. Enjoy your evening!
Hi Rachel, what a lovely space to sit in and just be. I saw in another one of your videos that you are on the lookout for a pothos NJoy. I have one and have propagated some cuttings that I would love to share with you if you have not acquired one yet. Let me know in your reply! 😊🪴
OOOOOH Daisy!!! I would love some of your cuttings if you can part with a few of them. SQUEEEEK!!!! Thank you for your kind offer. I have my email in the in the description box. Is it possible for you to email me or contact me on istagram? I am rachael_lotsofpots there. Yay!!! so exciting!!!! you are so sweet!!!!!!
Good morning Sheila!! Thank you so much! I do my best to check my plants on a very regular basis. I use cedar chips in my soil mix to deter many of the pest typical to most houseplants. I treat all of my plants for pest at least one time each month. I shower them completely to keep the leaves clean. My really big plants get wiped with an alcohol peroxide natural soap mixture each month.
Thank you so much Sheila!!! I treat all of my plants as if they have pest. I know that bugs live in soil so I spray them and fully shower them on a regular basis. I add cedar chips to my soil to prevent a lot of bugs that are typically found in houseplants. Thank you so much for watching!!!
Beautiful space! I would never leave my bedroom in the morning. As the bell rings......Room service, please! I would like some toast and eggs please.......!
Thank you so much. LOL!! That is so funny Jackie! I think I will try this out tomorrow morning. I hope it works. LOL

You have a lovely collection. Wash your Paris pot, when it dries spray it with scotch guard , that should keep it from staining.

Hi Carol!!! Thank you so much. I use a mixture of water, rubbing alcohol, peroxide, and peppermint dish washing liquid. It smells amazing!!!

Are those cedar shavings on top of the soil?
Yes, there are cedar shavings in the soil. It keeps my soil loose and it pests hate that. In turn, they are my best friends. LOL
