Great video. I’m living in Philadelphia and I’ve decided to move out to Wyoming and Casper is definitely at the top of my list. Its great seeing a current video from you. Hoping to come out to visit in September and make the move in April. Can’t wait for the next video. Wyoming is literally all I can think about.
just be sure to leave your east coast left wing politics in Phillie. There's a reason you like it better here.
@@kodenkan11 never understood the mindset of moving somewhere just to try to change it to be like where you came from.
AWESOME! So exciting. Thank you for watching!
@@kodenkan11 The TRUTH 💯👊
Did you move? How’s it going???
Watch out for boglims!!!
You better not warn people boy!

Yes it can be windy!
Good for you Anthony Bednarz.glad to have you as a new arrival in WYOMING. welcome from Sheridan, Wyoming. We are 145 miles North of Casper!!!!
Thanks Alisha !
thank you for watching! I appreciate you!
Awesome Video. Planning to visit casper this summer from Evanston wyoming to scout area out for possible relocation.
I would love to help you out!
Thanks for the videos! We enjoyed our time in Crook county and hope to get back out again in October. Probably in the thermopolis area. You make Casper very intriguing!
Thank you for watching! I appreciate you!
With all these videos by agents, trying to get more people to move to Wyoming, hopefully it doesn`t end up like Idaho, where the long time residents, see their state change .
People are not moving here because of my videos. They search living in Casper and see them !
#1... the wind!!! Lol!!! As seen and heard in this video.
She's so attractive, great agent, great person. I would definitely have a beer with her. I bought 73.5 acres in BB Ranch back in 2020 before I even watched her video's. My wife and I love the Casper area. Can't wait to build our dream home. We're both CO natives and way too many liberals and everything is so expensive here. CO is a joke and I thought I'd never say that. WY or Bust!
That was the creepiest comment i've ever read lol
Alive, of age and non related as well
@@HeHateMe1 but, is she cis-gendered?
@@CHEDDAHD that idk, it may violate the forbidden 6 or 7 or whatever number it is on

The constant winds will blow you away.
The wind also keeps the nasty pollution etc out of the the air
Thanks for videos...I've watched a lot of them.....we are looking to move to Wyoming in the future. Your videos have helped us
Do you have tiny homes with only 1 or 2 bedrooms that can be bought on a SS income only?
Ditto please?
@@MrIdontknowww Hey, Big Willie. We old-timers are out in the cold and wind. There is a quantum financial reset happening soon, so I guess we will be able to afford our little house after all. Stay tuned.
Wyoming Closed Check back next Year...
There are a small number of people like Sir Campbell who don't like outsiders and believe that the population will get too big. But most people in WY welcome new people and are quite friendly.
@@thomasschellberg8213 take it your not from the real Wyoming
@@sircampbell1249 You will have to enlighten us as what is the real Wyoming.
This is my first Casper summer and it will be my last 109 at 8:30pm. NO!
WY is beautiful no doubt about that. The Bighorns, Medicine Bow, Martin’s Cove. Maybe if the gas wasn’t 5$ a gal it’d be much better.
its not the heat that gets me its the cold and wind
As we are watching prices dump, are you letting people know that oil and coal are under attack, half of my buddies in Gillette are out of work, let's not tell the people that
In Casper oil has been super crazy. Most people know that oil and coal are under attack. and this video is not about oil and coal. But thank you for the idea. Its a good one.
Is Wyoming more affordable than Montana? I'm in Connecticut and need to get out before I lose my f***ing mind.
I made a video about it! ua-cam.com/video/MT6BZ41a0eA/v-deo.html Thank you for watching!
yes
Is southern Wyoming also "Windy" ?
Parts of it are really windy, yes.
What are temperature and humidity in summer? I just heard from the other video that temp on summer in Wyoming is 100F. Is this true?
Thirty days above 90 in the summer in Casper. Record high is 104. It's a dry heat, and the sun at 5000 feet is intense. But it cools down to the mid 50s at night. Most people find the heat easier to take than that found in the midwest, because of lower humidity
@@thomasschellberg8213That's true. I lived in Evergreen CO for 2.5 years and it took about 5 or more years to get used to the humidity again when I moved back to IL. The winters felt more brutal in Chicago than in the mountains and I had more need for my winter gear here than in the mountains. But Evergreen did not have Wyoming's wind.
I was out of breath, halfway through the video...
Not sure what that means
Concur, stand still ………………. 😀
@@dlrides When I stand still I get way less watch time!
Does the grass turn brown on late summer or does it generally stay pretty green ?
It turns in late summer unless we have a lot of rain.
Grass dries out in the late summer in Casper. You need to water it to keep from dying. But there are no watering restrictions you might find in some bigger cities.
I posed this more as a question. Have there been any grizzly bear sightings in or around casper?
No but an occasional black bear or two. On another note I did see some elk run across the dirt road in front of me while i was driving home.
the grizzlies are controlled for the most part by tall fences in certain areas
Any local gothic bad boys around?
Do Indians native Americans like white Americans.
No
Shes wrong about the North Platte River being good fishing. Its terrible, dont waste your time.
I don't think the fish are the problem. 😁
Stop waving your hands. Distracts from your message.
That's the way I talk : ) You could always just listen if you don't like it.
