My primary school does Christian meditation every morning to relax us. After we pray for something like : I'd like to pray for the people affected by the bush fires" and we also have a minute of silence after the teacher does the chimes.
I like to meditate but it's hard to make yourself just do it. I really enjoyed it when I did it in school with calming music and others around you. After even just 5min of focusing on your breathing and relaxing your muscles, you feel so much lighter afterwards in some way.
why are you guys keep reuproading vedieos whitout saying nothing about it? can you please tell me the why, at least? i felt so happy whem i thought you guys are back...
I've heard about an alternative to the goal of "not thinking about anything" - instead look at your thoughts objectively. Are they correct (basically, see if they are automatic thoughts or not)? I think that's better than the "nothing" goal.
What do you look like? I'm always curious of the person's appearance when all I hear is a voice. It made me feel great. Consistent deep breaths giving lots of oxygen definitely helps.
As harsh as this may sound, this is exactly how you make people unsubscribe. As far as I'm concerned, my comments are not making an impact on the issue of your daily re-uploads but I feel it necessary to ONCE AGAIN inform you that this isn't doing your channel any favors. If you want people to watch your old content then you should use less unorthodox methods to do so. Your perfectly functional Facebook page should suffice. I only say all of this because I adore WellCast and I don't like the direction it's taking lately. All I ask is that you not keep your WellCasters in the dark about what's going on over at WellCast HQ, I think we at least deserve to know what's going on.

That's actually pretty normal. Try expelling your thoughts with each exhale. It helps sometimes.
