Amazing video, I've watched long time ago (7 years?) and now in 2020 I can see that we need "no time at all" to meditate... with wisdom happens the same: it's timeless. :-)

Yes! As long as we can connect with our body and our breath, we can meditate, even for one breath!

+Martin Boroson, great video, thank you. BTW, I was happy to find your app at AppStore, but very disappoited to see it requires iOS 8.2 or later (while iPhone 4 doesn't stand any vesion after 7.1.2). I suppose your method of meditation is designed for everybody, not only for fat purses, so maybe you would kindly add previous version support, please? :)

I have tried for years to meditate successfully ...... and rarely 'achieved state' ......most sessions have been 10 or 15 or 20 min ....... rarely successful for me..... but something was very freeing about only committing for 1 min ......and it worked ! very cool. Thanks !

The psychologial and pedagogic approach here is so clear and amazing. Thank you so much for posting this and for your valuable contribution. My own little method: observing a minute of silence. It's also, so to speak, a form of meditation and a communion between people. It's true, it's only used for commemorating tragic events, but why not develop other uses for it?

Beautifully made and a lovely and very useful message. It reminds me very much of the practice of mindfulness that Thich Nhat Hanh teaches. Bringing meditation into all the everyday chores and tasks. I highly recommend his book "Peace is every step".

Great idea! It helps me go back to meditation I did at a monastery. We meditated every day for 3 hours, at a sesshin even 9 hours. It was easy in that special surrounding but hard to keep it up in a stressfull every day life. Thank you for bringing it back to me. It doesnt have to be hours, a moment is better than nothing....

I always felt guilty that I was not meditating for more time, but I did notice that throughout the day, if I could just pause and quiet my mind for a few seconds "get grounded", I was better off. I appreciate you posting this, as I had no clue it was an actual exercise that other people could do. :)

I'm here because of my Positive Psychology class. I tried it and did much better than I expected with a room full of noises for the first time. I feel positive about it and next time will do it in a quieter place because despite it I did lose concentration many times. I am also ADHD don't know if that has anything to do with it, but overall it was nice.

It is to teach people to plan a moment minute of their thoughts feelings relaxing. I think people including me have to plan thoughts like control their thoughts and feelings....or events and other people try to control your feelings thinking events for you. Freak out. So i made a list once of all the good things i can focus on to bring my soul closer to good. I noticed all i had to do is think of a child and i would be out of body next to them to find lost children. The concepts being frequency control focus. Then I read Abraham about paying attention to what i focus on comes into my life. Well so my list was what to focus on and another list not allowed to focus on illness etc. i can think of health all the time. Now thanks for the nice one minute learned into moments. Grace

Dont fight it. When youre meditating and you are "Distracted" let it flow. Your thoughts will pass. Remember: Thought happens. So let it happen. Be aware of your thoughts that come and go and soon you will be aware that you have none left.
