Struggle food?it sounds like your mind is not okay, like you don't know a healthy diet,I eat most of these every day and i am not struggling,i had realized why people back in the time lived so long and healthy is cus of this food, they ate to live and not lived to eat.when you live to eat you eat everything regardless of whether the food is healthy or not but when you eat to live you only focus on healthy food that was the mind of our ancestors hence why they kept the healthy diet and passed it on,i have been eating this food for years now and my immune system has improved a lot and for that reason this is what we feed our kids too and they no longer get sick easily.

As a African who has also been in Europe and resides in NYC, you deliver premium content that would be Emmy nominated if it was on television. The episode in Lagos and many many others were better than anything else any food cable channel ever produced. Keep up the good work Sonny and team! @youtube, this is theft! I was somehow confused when you were in Zimbabwe where meats were eaten , I am surprised to see you in my country@Rwanda where our foods are not eaten only on plates or dishes, we used also to traditional dishes dug from tree, tree calabash to drink on sorghum beer, grinding traditional machine to grind cassava leaves known as ISOMBE etc... Any way thank you for your video and i hope that i will know many countries culture food via your channel.

I love how the women are dressed. The colours and the patterns are amazing and they all look so good. It doesn’t matter; market, around the house, in the garden, they look splendid, like they’re going to a party or some event.

I must commend you sonny, you have a strong stomach to be able to eat food from all over the world like this, also for being so open minded to taste food from all over the world. That means we humans are all one and thesame.

Sadly, the corn diet in Rwanda causes widespread pellegra, a B3 deficiency. When corn was introduced there the secret of nixtalmalation wasn't passed on, too. This also happened when corn was part of a subsistence diet in the American south. Maize was a staple food throughout the Americas, but only after it was nixtalmalized, dried, and ground up for use.

It’s natural corn used for centuries, not the same as your gmo nonsense.

I've visited Africa and food there is so rich you have energy throughout the day! I'd compare the energy as if you were a kid again because of the food nutrients! I'd love to go back and visit again for that experience! The food in the U.S. is soooo unhealthy compared to theirs.

@@maggy803 my parents are Nigerian but they moved here to America so I was born here. Their food is so delish! Okra soup, Banga soup, Egusi soup, with fufu (aka pounded yam) and freshly prepared fish with chopped vegetables, and spices that are beneficial for your health. And that’s just the tip of it, if I actually went to Nigeria, their food would be 10 times better then what I eat here in America, because they get the yam fresh and pound it, and America just makes It into powder. Plus, going to Nigeria in person and watching them prepare the food is such a treat. Love my country and my Fatherland! 🇳🇬💕

Everyone there from my experience are so kind and lovely. I will say tho at night it was scary but there much more positives than negatives. Hope you have a safe journey!

I think all african foods are great. I am biased though as I love food in general but to say the food in the u.s. is unhealthy is a bit off. You can find almost any type of food in the u.s. the u.s. is an amalgam of all cultures and as such has food from all cultures. We also have supermarkets with an abundance of every meat, fruit, vegetable, spice, seasoning, bread, sweets, ect. You can think of.
