When my sister was a CM at Pooh, she said the shop’s store room was alway freezing, and, coincidentally, was in the same place that Mr. Toad’s hell was in. So, hell always seemed to be freezing over.
Man... That's Cold. To say that in such a hot place like The Magic Kingdom? That's just Cold!.... Must of been one of the coolest places to take a break in after sweating to death in those hot, hot costumes... XD
Bring back 20000 leagues. That was such a darker refreshing shift from the more cartoony rides there
He isn't Walt Disney, he can't just bring back a ride, sorry, I miss the ride too
Same
Same
yes I agree bring back 20000 leagues I never got to go on it because I was born in 2006
@@Trey_816 the question at the end of the video: which rides would you like to see brought back. C'mon dude.
I have watched this one a couple of times (love your videos) and every time you mention the different secrets about the Nautilus I can't help but think about a place you can still actually see one of the ride subs. On Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Lines privet island, you can snorkel in the lagoon and see a submerged Nautilus from Magic Kingdom.
No way! I didn’t know that!!
I feel so fortunate that I got to got on 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea as a child. You never know when something will be gone for good. Thanks for sharing these secrets. Loved the video. :)
Lucky lol. I never got to go on. Although I played in Ariel’s grotto... that was the first trip to Disney World I remember... I went again in 2015 and am going pretty soon. Can’t wait to see the changes!
furyfox13 yep! I remember the giant squid with its arm around one of the characters underwater wearing the old helmets. Loved that ride.
Really! Did you like it. I wish I got on it but it closed before I was even born
20000 leagues under the sea was my favorite ride as a kid despite the fact that I never saw the movie. I highly enjoyed it. It was one of those must ride things along with the haunted mansion.
I would bring back the skyway. It was a wonderfully calm way to take in the park, away from the mayhem of foot traffic.
They are actually building a sky way in Hollywood studios!
they skyway was great and save a ton of walking, to bad its gone
Rumor was that the skyway in Disneyland at least became a liability due to the fear of jumpers....
the skyway is actually back in disney world! i believe it’s currently only in 2 parks, but they’re trying to make it to all of them! even if it’s not there yet, they’re working on it now!
But... they did....
20000 leagues under the sea because it was my favorite ride on my first trip to Disney World in 1984. Every time my Dad and I watched the movie after our trip, we would reminisce about our ride!
Good 👍
Lucky. Seriously some tell Disney the people want 20,000 leagues. I bet that extinct ride is the one most asked for.
Someday when i go
I'll keep a look out for any of
These things
JR Romero me too
Same here
Me to man
Yup never been, but hope to someday
I rode all of those old rides, and the 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea was fun and kinda scary when the squid attacked your ship.
Kristina Yep, it was a really good attraction ride.
I wish I could’ve wrote it!
Every comment: Bring back 20,000 leagues under the sea!!!
Disney: 🤷♂️
Stanley Zubek oh hell no
Actually there is still one at Tokyo Disney Sea. You can go to there and re-experience it if you aren't mind of the flight and park tickets' price.
Gareth Edwards Disney says no I say yes Disney no me YES WE ARE GOING TO STOP COMING TO THIS DUMP

OMG i remember riding the submarine when i was i kid. WOW. Such good memories. I have not been to a Disney Park in ages, but ill return for Star Wars later in the year.
AHHH I loved the millennium falcon ride. IT. WAS. SO. COOL.
I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm glad you enjoyed my dorky-obscure Disney insights!
Yesterworld Entertainment you need to do a cross over with defunctland if you can if so please do it
Yesterworld Entertainment do it do it
I feel like 20,000 leagues would look amazing with the newer technology
That would be cool but knowing them it probably theme it to like a namor from the new black panther
Or like toy story water toys
20,000 leagues was one of my favorites but the issue was always with the long wait time, and the long and awkward load/unload times. I also remember hearing that people would occasionally have panic attacks on it due to the claustrophobia and being under water. Even so, I was shocked when they closed it, because it was very unique and very popular.
20,000 Leagues for me; it was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I remember riding the skyway the year we went to Disney World, but getting heartbroken when we saw the ride was down for maintenance. It was the one thing I was really excited about. By the time I made it back to the park again, it was long gone.
20,000 would be amazing to bring back. Disney needs something like that.
they should’ve turned the 20,000 leagues under the sea into an atlantis ride :/
Atlantis was in 20K ride
Bella Martinez or maybe a literal Ariel’s adventures under the sea
They made a finding nemo ride with 20,000 leagues under the sea
@@Chocolatemilkdrinkerhi no they did not... it was a meet and greet for a while until Fantasyland make over... it is now Ariel's Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid. inside the que it has a carving of 20K sub...
True I would have gone on a Atlantis themed ride
Poor Mr. toad, I loved dat guy 😿
iiSponge I agree that ride was so good when I was 4
Me to
Well I love gacha life so...
I think ive been on that ride but i was born in 2007 was there a reboot? P.S i think i was 7 at the time so maybe 2015

One of the submarines from an extinct ride was brought to Disney’s private island Castaway Cay and left underwater for snorkeling guests to find alongside other Disney statues.
My mom took my sister and I to Disney when we were 4 and 6. My absolute favorite rides of the time were the 20,000 Leauges Under the Sea and Space Mountain. About six years ago we moved to Orlando with my then 1-year-old daughter, and we go to Disney (thanks to a friend who works there!) a few times a year. I'll be sure to look out for the Leagues hidden momentos next time we go!
I love when Disney will give a nod to the rides that aren't there anymore so I definitely enjoyed this one! Though I will admit I got confused seeing Mr. Toad cars in the beginning but remembered you were talking about Disney World, not Disneyland, lol. I loved this video so much it would be awesome if it were possible to do this same kind of countdown for the other Disney World parks and even Disneyland some day!
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea because that's ONE of my favorite books. I would like to see that detail in person.
Everyone: Bring back 20,00 Leagues!
Me:....bring back Mr. Toad?
Yaaaa
Winnie the pooh is the same ride with different decorations.
why dont they bring back both
You used Classic Club Penguin music... 👀
Don't think I didn't notice .
Pancakes are Awesome Where?
Green Dorito 10:25 It's the Hydro Hopper music
I heard too!
McBessy Yee! :D
That’s been bugging me for ages!! I could think of where it was from!! Thanks!
I remember tracking down all the 20000 Leagues Under The Sea secrets years ago and doing videos on them... One of my favorite extinct rides!
yeah sad it's gonne
I love the way you say “button”! My dream is that a “20,000 Leagues” ride will return one day! 😎
There is a tokyo ride.
4:10 I saw this and I was like why is there a toad there
20,000 leagues under the sea because you get to go in a submarine!!!
The submarine is still a walk around attraction at Disney Land Paris! Even if it no longer moves I still love exploring its many secrets!
well it is more a boat on tracks where you can see below the waterline. It wasn't really a submarine.
Lol
@@eleanor9878 yep
@@Kaziklu Yea I literally saw the tracks through the water in the visual
Maybe 20000 Leagues Under the Sea ride because exploring the wonders of the deep is one of my favorite things because inside the ocean floor is another world that the whole world needs to see
Jason Helquist good idea
yeah this ride seems like it would be very cool. I mean who wouldn't want to go under water in a submarine.
I loved this ride it’s sad they closed it
Jason Helquist hkjgbko
INSIDE the ocean floor??? I think you just mean in the ocean.
I can’t express how much I want to ride 20,000 leagues under the sea. It’s a need that eats at my soul, yet it can never be satiated. No other extinct ride has quite struck me like the titular submarine voyage. You are missed.
Right before this video started a universal studios ad came on
Lol same
@@WestDTLA EPIC

Smells fishy...
I would so bring back 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea!! That ride looked so cool!!!
The Sensational XD Try reading the original novel by Jules Verne XD I absolutely fell in love with Captain Nemo.
The Sensational there is still a surviving ride at Tokyo Disney land or Disney sea
It was awesome!
You’re not missing anything. It was already corny when I rode it as a kid in the 70s. 😀
I rode it back in 1990 and it SUCKED it was so hot and cramped in that sub and stunk like sweat terrible! That had to be the longest uncomfortable ride in Disney World! Honestly I dont miss it! The book was great though!
The 20000 leagues under the sea submarine can be found in the water next to hyperspace mountain in Paris too.
Hi my love
True, but that's a walkthrough attraction tho. ;p
The ride closed because of cost of maintaining a ride that was constantly in the water...but most importantly, because it could no longer handle the crowds of people lining up for
It. Disney needs to move people through an attraction quickly....especially today with the millions of visitors arriving each year. If you’ve ever had to line up for an hour for a Disney ride, you’ll understand why. Nautilus just took too long to load each sub with a small number of guest.....it was a ride of another era. And yes...I miss it too.
20k leagues was a unique ride experience that I’ve never seen anywhere else. I remember riding the nautilus as a kid. It was a bit leaky, but probably the best ride at the park.
Mr. Toad's wild ride was my favorite. I liked how it was somewhat thrilling and was under black light.
10:27 Is that the- Oh my god it's the music from that Club Penguin mini game. You are epic XD
Id love to bring back Mr. Toads Wild Ride. It was my favorite as a child! I have very fond memories of it even now
I was terrified of Mr. Toad’s wild ride as a kid. Like not kidding, I was really scared 😂
you make my weekends so much more enjoyable!
Sameeeeee
Your a babe
Was sad when 20,000 Leagues ride closed. Was one of my favorite rides when I was a kid.
tricky205 that’s tough sad
IT was jeez and I thot you’d know
20000 Leagues Under the Sea. Cuz I never got to saw it and it looks pretty cool.
charles nichelson if you ever go to Tokyo they have it there

I’m going July 6th and I’ll be staying there for 2 weeks and 2 days :P
I just got back three day’s ago
20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. For sure!
The 20,000 leagues under the sea ride looks awesome! Even though I wasn't able to ride it, I DO know another omage to the ride. It's actually located at one of the docking stations of a Disney cruise liner. At castaway key, a certain excursion offers snorkeling, and the small bay in which to do so contains an eroded, sunken hull of a league submarine. It's confirmed true since snorkelers can swim over a small netted section atop the submersible. Looking through can reveal steps that passengers would use to board and disengage the vehicle.
Chevy 360- it was like soaring but the screen was 360 degrees around you. It was awesome!
I would bring back 20,000 leagues under the sea
Yes
I really dont know

20,000 leagues under the sea!
I've never had the opportunity to ride it and it seems cool
keep up the amazing work i always watch your videos over and over again because they never get boring
Great video, many of these were secrets I did not know!!
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea
I'll never forget 20,000 leagues under the sea. It was my favorite. I thought when they placed the little mermaid in its place we coupd still have oppurtunity to ride a ride under the water. It disappointed me that it was just a little ride like and not under water.
I remember going to Ariel’s Grotto when the fountain was there. It was on my 7th birthday and I remember that was the one thing that made my entire day.
I love your channel so much. Whenever I am wanting to be and Disney and experiencing the Magic I watch this channel to make myself feel better.😂💕
DEFINITELY BRING BACK THE UNDERSEA ONE!
no.
Wow you don't even know what the name is
I would bring back 2 rides. The Skyway and 20,000 Leagues.
Hessed3712 skyway is coming back as park transportation
Me too
They said one
so would i
Hessed3712 nnnn
Out of those choices, I'd pick the Skyway, as it could help reduce the amount of walking you had to do while still giving guests a bird's eye view of the park. (However, if I could bring back any extinct Magic Kingdom attraction, it would be Dreamflight.)
I would absolutely bring back 20,000 leagues, it was my all time favorite as a kid💗🧜🏼♀️
My mom used to tell me stories about how The Winnie the Pooh ride used to be Mr. toads wild ride. And thanks for all of your videos because you are a great UA-camr and I go to Disney a lot and it’s fun to remember it these facts when I’m at the park🙃!
Abby and Emily S I agree👍my mom told me about poor also. May I recommend 2 sweet Disneyland youtubers I stumbled upon and love 😊Eric Ramirez Gaming 101 and Alex the Historian 😊beautiful and tender souls with a childlike wonderment of Disney and world around us❤️😊catch em and fall in love 😊peace
Twenty thousand leagues under the sea
Bella Maupin i agree
I’ve seen so many of your videos that i know your intro and sometimes say it with you
🤪❤️
I want to thank you for making these videos, I know I sound cheesy but whenever I watch your videos it makes feel the joy someone would have as if they were actually at a Disney park so thank you😄
Mr.Toad in the pet semetary, the words where on the top where he is standing is the rhyme.
Chloe Padilla what does it say?
here lies toad, its sad but true, but not nearly and remarkable, as winnie the pooh...
I guess I'm the only one who hates Pooh!
Mr.Toad cause he looks really cute and 2000 leagues under the sea because I really want to go on a underwater submarine ride cause deep sea divers are so cool and I couldn't choose which one to pick.
I think Mr. Toad because there really isn't enough kid/family friendly rides that all can enjoy. And the Sky way because walking around that park can really wear me out and I over heat easily even in 75 degree weather. So, I enjoy the convenience of that kind of ride.
Love these videos. Keep it up and thank you. #tpmcrew
That creepy picture of the sea monster of twenty-thousand leagues under the sea rotting away after the ride was drained, pure nightmare fuel. 👻😰😱
20,000 was always my favorite as a kid. pone of the few I rode on more then once and I recall sitting in many different spots when I did ride each spot gave a slightly different perspective. some had audio , some didn't some had a view of the driver's seat, some a view of captain Nemo's room or at least what looked like that. I thought it was a unique and different ride and it took me threw one of my favorite movies. Also the look of the sub was so cool. I mostly want to A bring the sub back even if its on dry land as a display piece. and 2 rebuild the ride but with live animals this time. I also always thought Mr Toad was replaced by Rodger Rabbit. I remember being on both and it felt like the cars and weasels from one were just reused on the other. I would really enjoy a video that would show off the details and animatronics and hidden secrets that were ON the extinct ride. Some places are so full of details you can't think strait. I remember one of the MGM back lot tours was supper full of props from everything. I also would like to know where are the props and sets from the rides? who got them? can the public bring home a piece of Disney World next time they tear a part down?
sasamichan people buy them at auctions. Thats how John Stamos got multiple things
sasamichan 20,000 sound super fun my mom goes on it i wish they can bring it back
20,000 leagues under the sea
lol
Have you read the book?
Heyooo!!! I always have been a fan of your videos and facts! It’s really helpful for when I wanna work at Disney and to impress my friends!!!
All I wanted to say, was thank you for all of these amazing facts and history you have given us 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
I enjoyed the nods to the rides from the Magic Kingdom’s yesteryear... I noticed something else that is not a visual acknowledgment but rather an audio nod to attractions from the past- the current background music playing in Tomorrowland has musical “quotes” from “If You Had Wings” AND “Now is the Time” (from Carousel of Progress). I thought I heard both of these themes from my childhood experience of Disney World playing the last time I visited the Magic Kingdom, but it was confirmed after closer inspection of the sound track that is available on UA-cam. I love that If You Had Wings is still in the ether in Tomorrowland... there was something so unique and surreal about that attraction... it really stuck with me and was a personal favorite of mine...
I would bring back Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride hands down
i remember the skyway and 20000 leagues both. The skyway was an enjoyable and quick way to get from one side of the park to the other, i was surprised that they actually got rid of it. 20,000 leagues was one of those rides that stuck into my childhood memories for some reason, right along with Small World, The Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean. If i was to choose wich to keep, it would be 20,000 leagues hands down. I loved that ride as a kid, i remember it was one of the few rides i actually convinced my parents to take me on a 2nd time.
20,000 leagues under the sea!!! Has my vote Without a doubt. I rode this as a kid and memories of this ride has stayed with me. Many year later. Awesome ride!!
Love your video’s
20 thousand leaves under the sea
Why are there leaves under the sea??? and why 20 thousand of them???
Tide High Take a joke dude
Ok?
Just made my day
I like to see a reimagined 20000 leagues under the sea or the sky way. The sky way gave you a little breather from all the walking and a great view of the park. 20000 league was just a cool fantasy ride...today with new tech it could really be something special.
I love you vids btw 👍❤️😇
Last summer when I went to WDW I went on the Winnie the Pooh ride and specifically was looking for the Mr.Toad's Wild Ride references. I never got to go on Mr.Toad's Wild Ride, but I did manage to see 1 of the 2 references to it on the Winnie the Pooh ride. I never would've known to look for it, though, without TPMvids, so thank you!
You should really make one of these for universal studios Florida, since they have a ton of these hidden in the rides
I love it

Garret Terra Horror story fuel
wow... its amazing what a single typo can put extremely disturbing images in your head... but seriously, that could be a horror movie.
Garret Terra where did those "legs" come from 🤔😂
I went to the park as a kid in 1971 or 72... I remember Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and the submarines...
20,000 leagues under the sea because that looks like a fun attraction
