- We were very busy in 2023 from launching a suite of brand-new products to opening our headquarters in Maryville, Tennessee! Thank you, our amazing fans and loyal customers, for making it such a memorable year for Smith & Wesson! I just recently added 3 more S&W revolvers to the collection , that makes 10 S&W revolvers. I’m not sure I see an end to this.
Bought two M&P guns this year. The first was the Metal and the second was the Metal Spec Series. Both fantastic guns the Metal is my carry gun.

I bought 3 Smith and Wessons this year. I bought the M&P 2.0 10mm with the 4.6 inch barrel in April. Wish I knew about and waited for the M&P 10mm Performance version though. the Equalizer 9mm in May. Bought the M&P 2.0 22 magnum in August. I am thinking about buying the CSX 9mm next year.

I bought 4 this year and talked 4 people into them including my father in law lol but best was meeting the REP in Florida gun exchange in Ormond Beach , was such a great guy ,loved talking with him, I hate I can't remember his name it was early December but he is the reason I got the last one 10mm M&P ,love your products love your customer service, definitely lacking at other companies , here's to 2024 🎉

Merry Christmas to S&W and Friends . I am buying my 3 Daughters Equalizers . Please continue to offer thumb safety . I think they are by far the best carry pistols for women or men . I have already got them 642's but time to add lil more firepower . I am also glad that Yall moved to the south . Just dont tell everyone how much better it is down here .

Im a big fan of S&W however Im hoping one day soon they will drop the key lock system from there revolver line. So many people I know over the years including me wont touch S&W revolvers because of that key lock system. If S&W dropped the key lock the revolver sales would double if not triple! At least make a broader line of revolvers that dont have the key lock because right now its just a few snub nose revolvers available without it. Also if they brought back the 3 inch model 65 with no key lock it would be huge!
Stand by your products and your customers and maybe you’ll win me back. I like the products you offer, but if you don’t stand behind them, they’re worth less to me.
When my first gen Shield messed up after 2000 rounds you refused to warranty it because of an error with your warranty registration system creating a duplicate entry. Then you refused to help with a broken internal piece on a 642, and refused to even look at my 66 at all. 3 for 3 you turned me away and cost yourselves a lot of sales.

Love the new .22 mag. Waiting to get the 5.7 if it comes without the threaded barrel. I live in a communist state and can’t have a suppressor.😂
Great video. Now im ready to go out in my field and. GET! SOME! 😎🤘🇺🇸🔫💥🔫. Im loving my smith&wesson 2.0 metal so far. 0 issues with it, after now since yesterday breaking into the 5,000 round mark. Even the magazine are running fine after 5,000 rounds. I will be order spring kits for all 6 of my magazine's tho. So far, its been a, DAM GOOD pistol
A great 2023 unfortunately nothing new that I need....... yet. I'll probably add a model 41 to my collection next year and if there's a 5.7 or 30sc carbine.... Well I might have to rethink my budget.

Like this year the species come out late and 2022 I picked one up the first part of 23 I have now fell in love with the new species and I plan to get one shortly after the new year

Would love to see the 3 inch model 27 comeback or the model 39 comeback are the 651 with three inch barrel.
