ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I'm so stoked for these figures. I do have quite a few of the Jim Lee books with these costumes. It's so cool seeing most of the team dressed like this in action figure form. Especially excited for Gambit, not often you see him in a costume without his trench coat
They look nice, but I am concerned about the weaker plastic.
Hasbro's cost cutting is not worth it.
It's really cool that we're getting an entire version of a team so quickly. I mean think how long it took to get the blue and gold teams, or giant size (have to use wave 1 banshee). Not sure I'll pick it up for the price though.
Definitely emotionally attached to these suits as this is what they were wearing when I bought my first X-Men comic off the rack

I am going to get this 3 pack. After using the old Forge in my latest Stop Motion, it was bitch to work with, I definitely needed a new one. I love having a Storm head with Short Hair so I will be using that head on the White Jim Lee one in my videos. I definitely want to have a shelf or section of a shelf dedicated to that awesome cover.

I'm late to the party here, but I just got this pack. Weird thing when it comes to the gun Forge comes with: yeah, what he comes with is reuse of the gun from Nuke and the AIM troopers, painted like the gun from the Uncanny X-Men 275 cover, when Hasbro already had a sculpt of the actual gun from that cover. It comes with the Juggernaut wave Cable. Check it out, it's a dead-ringer.
I’m excited for these uniforms. Overall I’m pleased. Some characters have one little aspect that disappoints. I think Forge’s expression could be fixed by repainting the eyebrows lower / more stern. The original sculpt is fine. 3:52
I don't think I would be as thrilled with these guys if it weren't for them coming out all in a quick succession. If they did like Wolverine, and then made us wait another year or two for another two figures, then I'd have an issue. As is, it's nice to finally have a full version of an X-Men team that goes together this quickly. Now if they could only give us a repaint of Banshee in the green and yellow so we can complete the Giant Sized team then they can work on the Outback versions.
Its going to along time get the whole Shiyar Empire team together so the X-MEN can stop them, But at least Hasbro is completing the who training suited X-MEN team so everyone will not have to complain, I may not get the figures, But I will get Outback Rogue, retro carded Dark Phoenix and Astonishing X-MEN Emma Frost, Amazing review on this fun fantastic looking 3 pack Shartimus.
Hey question: How does it look with a Jean Grey head on Jubilee’s or Storm’s body?
Jean isn’t well known to have that costume, but there was a very, very short time where she did have it sometime after she briefly left X-Factor post-Inferno.
It was the same issues when Jean had tentacle arms. So, I was curious as to how she looks in them.

I went for the Banshee 3 pack, but I do want this one too. I am hoping that my money situation is enough to get this one as well. I especially need the Forge to replace my old Toy Biz Version. Storm and Jubilee I don't need as much, this will actually be my 4th Jubilee, but again, 1 of those is also an older Toy Biz so I can sell that one. I would have 3 good ones rather than 2 good and 1 not like now.
After X-Men 97 I really want a Forge figure, but to make my ideal one I’d need to kitbash both this and the Caliban wave version. Hope the boots are swappable.
Jubilee looks amazing, along Beast, she's my favorite mutant, kinda sad she doesn't have the double jointed elbows aticulation

I'm really looking forward to these training suit figures. They've been at the top of my list for years...but the paint apps and paint chewing is worrying me.
The weird pin thing with Forge is also seen on the current comic Hulk mold. Both knee joints are pinned on one end and pinless on the other end.
The current comic Hulk mold has pinned joints for both the upper and lower knee joints, the pins of the lower knee joints are just covered up by the overlay for the pants bottoms, if you pull up on them enough, you can see the pinholes.
3:59 I also wish Forge’s skin was a little darker like the previous figure’s. He’s Cheyanne, but looks like a tanned white guy. I’ll just have him be light-skinned😝😝

Are the straps on Storm's upper thighs sculpted onto the figure or can they be removed ? Does any one know?
They got rid of plastic, the cardboard is getting cheaper, next they’ll start using paper bags to package their figures lol

i know shading would be nice but i dont trust them to do it well. you dont like the vhs cell shade, so i assume it would be like but i guess we'll never know for better or worse
Hmmm so Jim Lee designed two of the Xmen's iconic costumes. These ones were reminiscent of their original uniforms it makes them look cohesive.
I just want them to fix Wolverines claws, they did at one point like on the X-Force Wolverine but they have gone back to the cheap bent claws
I wish they had gone with the correct thong backs for these suits for the females. That was how they were in the comics.
I'm really excited for this team (all 7 figs, not just these 3). I can forgive a lot but those effects are weak. Definitely swapping them out for higher grade stuff.

I've long been an advocate for the 275 lineup, though I'll continue to complain about the Storm figure since it does not reflect how she looks inside that book, or the preceeding 273 part of the story. Or else they should have included the spacesuit parts for both Storm and Forge (and Banshee in the other three pack) to make up for the fact her only in comic appearance like this is in 277 instead.
If only they used this body design 4 Storm to replace the white uniform version....
I am happy that we get a new strike force after the early Hasbro 2pack man that wolverin was shit am glad Hasbro came out with new ones.

Storm’s poor new head/face sculpt. 😢 Looks fine from the front. But as soon as it turns three-quarter or side, it’s awful. Hasbro could cut costs by reusing the old head sculpts and plop on new hair. 1:59

I am asking a question. Merely asking these questions is, in fact, a suggestion that he might want to reconsider continuing to buy Hasbro products. I do not think Hasbro is treating their fans and customers properly. I am pointing this out to people and they can determine for themselves if Hasbro's behavior is acceptable or not.
I enjoy Shartimus Prime's videos. However, if Hasbro does not go back to window boxes very, very soon I will eventually cease watching any Hasbro related videos.
We will see what the long term effects are.

jubilee's legs are reuse on an older body so the legs are too big so anytime you move them up it'll rub that plastic thats why the chewing on the thigh.

Not over-rated as they are 3 of the most popular characters with their movies and action figures selling very well.
They look cheap, and even Forge skin tone is wrong, not the best time for Hasbro.
