@@xcorpeo You could use the extra Psylocke body for Jean who wore this uniform, minus the straps, in X-Factor #56. She also had the uniform in Uncanny X-Men #262-264 but it was drawn differently; yellow V on the torso and thigh high heels. When Polaris was in the X-Uniform, she had grown in size so the body probably wouldn't be accurate. And if you're going for comic accuracy, Morph never wore this uniform. Toy Biz just made a figure of him in it. But you could repaint the shoulders for a TAS Morph.
I think that these all look amazing! I can't wait to get them in! The Storm figure is the best of the three, but I still like my Retro Storm from the Storm/Thunderbird 2-pack better. This one is probably the second best figure though, as that head sculpt is really nice! Good catch in regards to the leg straps. They were a bit lower in the comics! I wonder why they didn't do the more 3-D sculpted X-buckle on the belt like the one that the latest Wolverine figure has? It seems odd that these figures just get a flat X-buckle. Odd, that. Nice reviews, dude! Great update! Do you think you'll try to do a bit of detailing on Forge's leg via a Gundam pen?
Now that you have pointed out the belt, I can't unsee it 😂 In hand, I think the details on Forge's thigh look fine without the panel lining. It might look too greebly all done up, especially with the clean lines and no wash on the x-uniforms
@@xcorpeo It did look fine in the video, but I know in the past that you've added in the details. I did the same thing that you did with the Shocker and High Evolutionary figure, and I recently did some of the details on that Alex Ross designed Iron Man figure too. Most of the time, I like the look of adding the extra lining for the sake of contrast, but with that Forge figure, I'm of the mind that it probably isn't so necessary. The details look pretty good.
Are you getting an extra of the other 3-pack? You can put a Morph head on the Gambit body and recreate the Toy Biz Morph figure.
Highly tempting now that I see comments pointing out many other characters like Jean Grey and Polaris being in x-uniforms

I wonder if we'll get a Jean Grey in this uniform as if I remember correctly she did don this costume. Awesome video
Maybe in yet another 3-pack after the Gambit / Banshee / Psylocke one!
If they do make her, they should give her alternate tentacle arms.
Polaris wore these outfits as well I wonder if she will get released in this design as well.
First-rate reviews of an awesome 3-pack and its cool accessories. Moreover, a great modification, too!
I think this wave is great, but Iam for sure waiting for a price drop.
