The reason the Wolverine head sculpts are so consistent between the retro card and the boxed set is they were all sculpted by Paul Harding. He actually did the old blue/yellow Wolverine head from 2008 so it's awesome to see him come back and crush it with the retro figure. The old head is actually a solid sculpt but unfortunately the paint apps cover a lot of the detail, and the red gums throws off the aesthetic.
I can care less about these blue and yellow suited versions of them but this Wolvy is a must have! Awesome sculpt and best head scan Hasbro has ever done.
I watched Anthony’s review of multiple man and he blasted that figure to hell and back …..can’t say I disagree with him but I passed on it when they first announced it and am ok with not getting maddrox in that suit
I definitely want this guy! All of these Jim Lee Figures will look great on my shelf, dude is my favorite comic book artist! I feel like he should come with an additional pair of Splayed out hands and I wish they would have instead used the Hugh Jackman Wolverine claws as those are my favorite claws.

But I gotta say those claws inserts hasbro man y’all see that garbage they taken short cuts but other stuff looks cool it’s like sacrificing this and that for somethin cool. There’s other figures short cuts were not made on like moon knight. I’m a huge wolvie fan got many luv head sculpt but damn hasbro.
I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed those garbage claws. Like I’m sure it’s easier to make them all separate pieces and also allows you to remove them individually if you like, but I feel like the value of that is not equal to the value of just having straight solid claws. Just sculpt the claws as part of the hand already, or retool the hands to make them fit better. C’mon Hasbro, do something!
@Daniel Milliken it's actually about preference. I only collect one figure per character and the love triangle 3pack wolverine is my definitive wolverine. These new heads look nice and Im planning on switching the heads. Your answer is not related to the question and didn't really helpm

Love this Wolverine head Sculpt, just want the better claws like on X-Force Wolverine , but he still looks great

I’d definitely prefer the new claws on X-Men: TAS Wolverine! And these are hands down the best Logan head sculpts!!!
