I've had mine for 3 years now, and I know what you mean, I put in what I want and the bike just does it. Switching to a 19 tooth front sprocket and a 40 tooth rear, it's going to be insane. Tank is in the shed right now as I'm painting it to match the plastics.

Same color 929 here! Just got it. So much faster than my 07 ZX6. Thing rips but feels like an old truck compared to my ZX.

Yeah this bike is a speed demon i love it . i also love the htev flap that opens the exhaust above 6k rpms its like vtec , adds a crazy punch almost like its turbod . i actually thought it was supercharged when i first bought it . also it was stretched so i never did wheelies yet but going back to stock wheelbase and im doing one down 2 up sprockets 🚀😅

It may just be my inexperience with this size cc bike.
My ZX6 has a slipper clutch and you barely need throttle to take off,
This 929 you need to work through that friction zone carefully.
It also doesn't like to idle at low speeds so parking lots I have to clutch in for turns and such.
I think I just like 600's better.
Getting a 750 next to try.
But once I'm past say 10 miles an hour the 929 with 52,000 miles moves like new (I'm guessing)

@@thewanderingalbatross1061 since its an older bike loaded with older tech that could be your issue . maybe clogged fuel injectors or bad pump or regulator this was the first year fuel injection way ahead of its time , maybe cam timing with so many miles or losing engine compressure or simply fueling map or sensors or maybe airfilter the htev in exhaust needs to be adjusted or clutch . should be smooth as silk even at lower speeds
