I just bought the same bike and getting papers on it. Its usually not a beginners bike but i needed somthing to hold my weight....big boy problems over here.
Yeah not a beginner bike at all lol just be very careful growing into the power , respect the machine and it'll respect you back and that's understandable 💪 be safe out there brotha congrats on your first bike 🤙
@@thepack8780 always have a full tank 😂 the indicator light is barely enough to get to a nearby gas station , also it doesn't have traction control or power modes like newer bikes its all raw power as soon as you twist the throttle so be very easy on it roll into the throttle slow and steady
ikr little did I know the whole fkn rear brakes and rotor are non-existent/warped and about 2 weeks later same w the front . I did rush and purchase it without knowing as much a couple years ago when I did purchase it . like I just recently am realizing that it's stretched and sh*t lol not oem wheelbase same w the handlebars I believe . I don't regret it though as the exhaust , scotts steering stabilizer and *mainly* engine make up for the other issues/wack mods . only 16k miles and runs great has no engine mods from my knowledge so far . I put like 4k on it myself . never once had an issue starts right up . I'm currently rebuilding the bike if you see my last community post its kinda all apart rn nothing wrong w engine just wanted to put in ngk spark plugs then start attending to everything else like the suspension handlebar setup brakes rotors etc . long story short , I too am still hoping it works out 😅
Got the same bike it was that yellow but the previous owner had it painted black and blue bought it 2 weeks ago it was kinda a spur of the moment buy, its my first bullet and I might have messed up kinda nervous. I own cruzers
@@solidbutterproductions oh I see , its not like newer bikes with power modes and traction settings so ease into the throttle its on/off on this bike super raw also the gas indicator seems to come on when its too late
so much fun , I never rode a cbr1k yet they probably are a bit quicker for sure , fastest I went was 145 so far on my 929 felt like it had plenty left still , I think 929rr are more flickable / lighter but top speed no doubt the newer gen blade

It's a fun machine, lot of power and torc, not for beginners.
