- Hey guys, back with another bike rebuild! Working on a Honda CBR 929rr for my buddy. Finished the entire rebuild in this episode as well as its first ride in years!

Just bought one with a cracked cylinder.Found an engine with 500 miles on it,stored for 23 years.Put it in and runs like a champ :)

Dude, great job, I have one of these that’s been on stands for 8/9 years, track damaged (cosmetic, panels etc), inspired me to get it back on the road. Great work!

There is a plastic cover between the exhaust header and front wheel that should have in the kit. But other wise looks good. Mine as far as i know is all original .

I am doing the plastics like you are in this video and wasn't really sure how the inner plastics go in as I bought it apart, so this is helpful. What front turn signals did you use for it? Those are clean

Hey I have a 2000 honda cbr 929 that I have to bump start every time in order to get it running I had a "mobile mechanic" come and look at it he said it was the battery so I changed it and I still have to do the same thing the horn dies after a second and the turn signals are weak the dash is fading away the fuel pump works everything turns on I was told starter just not sure what to do right now should have said this and the electric start obviously doesn't work no juice nothing goes to it I was told it's the stator and rectifier so im getting a new one of each could it be anything else bike rides fine it's got a leak from forks but it's nothing to worry about right now

Believe it or not, they were from eBay. They were a very good quality pretty close to OEM.
