I remember when I had a personal trainer, he had me do that last stretch once for a few reps and I was already real tired after that!! Great video, I definitely need to do these before workouts!

they don't look dynamic, if they are what is static stretches? there is no other movement other than the stretch. fake title.
Static stretching is when you hold a stretch for a certain amount of time in a certain position. We're moving between stretches which means it's dynamic. Not fake title 🙂
Too much talking
