Your advice has literally changed my ability to cope with pain. I now have some control over alleviating my aches and pain instead of having to ingest painkillers and various opiods. This aide in fighting my addiction problems has done more good for me than any medical professional :) so thankyou greatly for sharing. I am now moving more freely again

Wow - Ive done this stretch before by just twisting the one arm up to the ceiling...never did the elbow drop...that made a HUGE difference. thank you so much for posting!

This is also one of my favourite stretches! I have to adapt it slightly at the moment because of a foot injury (no dorsiflexion my toes for a while) but it still works great.

Thanks to your guidance I managed to do this stretch, felt really tight on the first rep, could feel the stretch though and everything easing up, than you.

Haha, yeah, my brother is a trainer and he recommended this as a stretch after warmups and right before a bunch of body weight exercises. I'm 54 and have been inactive for most of the year (desk job now) and only general movement before that. So, this is an excellent start. I really feel it. I look forward to better form and more accurately doing this stretch as I build from this first time. Thanks, Joe!

Love this stretch! As a Yoga instructor, I do it instead of "surya namaskaras" (because i have lower back issue). For this stretch, I start and end in "downward dog", and i do 3 reps, doing each pose with breath flow - so no injury can occur.... plus holding pose when arm is raised up, for 5 deep breathing rounds each side. It's an awesome warm-up!! Thank you :)

Got through the first 3 and started to feel the patellar tendonitis I am battling...bad form??? Very cool stretch and I could feel the goodness even after 3. Thanks Joe.
I did it! My legs are my weak point but I'm trying to balance stretching with training so I can grow exponentially stronger.

Done! But when i did the part where i stretch my arm towards the ceiling, 1 side can't go as far as the other one. What does it mean? Tight T-Spine?

great stretch, is it overall better to hold each movement stretch sequence within this routine for a longer duration? e.g 10 secs with hand in the air, 10 secs on the elbow to ground etc
Yes i have had great results by doing that, i usually just go as long as possible, Good luck!
