Great vid and love the meditating cat! :)
Thanks Drama, yes I think she's going to be a good seller.
❤❤it😊😊
Hi, love your videos! Watched a lot of them, it's a shame you've got rid of most of your molds. I have a question, how are the seams held closed when casting?
Thanks for the info, love that yoga cat...
Thanks Martine
Cool. I have question. I have my mold but if can use pour resin epoxy for statue? Be safe mold ??
Hey Gris, can you elaborate on the purpose of the vent? Also, when is it necessary to use one?
Nice Video
That is what I was using as well Gris..... Happy to see this video.. Great info. When do you attach the vent? after the first coat? Then do you open it up after all has cured?..... thanks
Hey Bob,Yes vent first or second coat is best but in a pinch can be added after a few more. Maybe all do a vid to show and talk about vents.
mrconcreteartisan a vid would really clarify things for me on the vents. Thanks Gris!!
Hi Gris. I'm a newbie and you sir are amazing. Thanks for all your great vids and passing on the knowledge. Is there a good way to tell when It's time to put on a new coat of latex? Whether it's a feel thing or an actual minute thing.
Good morning Kevin , glad your getting some useful info from viewing. Watch this short vid ,just might help you out ,if not feel free to ask me again.

Yesss!!! That answered my question. Awesome vids.
Kevin Lee perfect👍🏼
Do you have a video showing how to attach the small pieces of paper to create the split seams in the rubber mold not the fiberglass mold?
I used to ,but lost some vids through a third party storage mishap.I may do another this fall .Sorry Kevin.
I am sure this question has been asked but how do you go about attaching your seams to the rubber? Is it with masking tape, scotch tape, or glue? Thanks
Do you mean put the seam on the original model. I use thin strips of magazine paper, put a very thin line of rubber up where you want the seam. The next day you can use scotch tape to ad a larger strip of paper to the width of the seam you wish.
What material do you use to form the seam. Would a playing card work ? Do you have a video that shows how you attach them to your model ?
Hi Neal , playing cards are a popular seaming material. I personally use magazine paper ,just my preference.
Here is a link for you.

Hi Gris. Question. What is the legalities on making molds of something you buy.
Hi Sharon , you can replicate anything that does not or is not a trade marked or copyright model. Look for the trade mark symbol , or numbers embedded in the model or signatures all should be left alone and not copied.Of course don't replicate obvious trademark items like Disney , hello kitty for example.
do you sell molds?
