2:02 begins a female gymnast, then back to a female stunt dancer then to a man doing the floor spins (he agreed to wear a wig but not shave his mustache) then its back to stunt dancer. If you count Jennifer Beals, four different performers make up the entire dance sequence.

I watched this clip again to verify what I thought I remembered when the movie first came out. The panel of judges doesn't represent real judges, but rather the tween audience watching the movie (even though they weren't called "tweens" then). The first part of her dance is just as professional and well-executed as the second half, but it's too "boring" to watch if you're 12. So then when she jazzes it up, the judges get involved. Honestly, would these judges really get excited over breakdancing, or would little girls?
Ooofff... Takes a guy to "f" up a FANtastic tribute to "GIRLSPUNK" ... I'm 76 and still remember bursting into tears of joy and standing in the dark movie theater to applaud. 😜😍😜💌

A mix of both. But it needed more dancing.
