Mansa, I usually watch house tours to get ideas and you so good at it as you always move with us so well that we can get an idea of the floor plan of the houses you tour but on this one, you appear to be in such a hurry especially towards the end that I had to pause/unpause severally especially on the primary bedroom part to get the room set up.
Okay, the house is nice but some modern renovations won't hurt. Like all the metals have to go coz I think it will look nice with glass rather than the metal used all over the home.
This is a beautiful house. I love the design. I like the way the swimming pool is fenced, it is safe for small children. The only drawback is the fence wall that has chipping paint. They should repaint that brown wall.
I like this house! Plenty space for many possibilities! I love the colorful walls, gives a different mood to each room! I also like the amount of concrete and grass area! The rooftop is nice too! I’d bring some telescopes up there to watch the stars at night with the kids! I like it! Great video!! Y’all are the best with this on UA-cam 💯

The house has potential, but let's face it. The grounds are the dopest thing hapa... The living area didn't have a proper farcad. The areas had funny colours. Dope stuff in terms of shooting.
Those UN rules are really ruining aesthetics for houses in Nairobi. They were made back in the old Nairobbery days when break-ins were common. Should be updated now because burglaries are unlikely in leafy, safe, gated areas.

The UN should do away with those rules. The neighbors houses didn’t have grills and they looked so good. Plots here go for about Ksh.40M to Ksh.60M depending on a few factors… then add the cost of the house.
This house has a weird layout, look and feel. Horrible colour choices, plus those grills are extremely unsightly and unnecessary for that area, is it really a UN security requirement? A lot of their staff live in houses without grills.
