These houses are well built and having single glaze windows is also a very good thing as it keeps the noise away. The manicured gardens and the high walls at the back garden are also a game changer. I could buy this house if I had the means to do so. Watching from London, UK.
The house is overpriced. I would give the staging 5/10. Dull curtains, dull furniture (needs a colour injection), no walk in dressing rooms. The yellow colour paint is not mellow. House needs sprousing. However the woods are spot on. Mansa, 'I am liking your blazer'. Very smart.

The homes and estate are well built and handsome external and pleasing internal design with ample space and privacy. Added natural grass is a nice positive. Also, using the green hedge as property line fencing is much better than other homes we've watched with cement fence. However, the price point is way above the masses, would imagine even the local people of your country and for this amount of money, there should be a variety of models and external color scheme, landscape for the homes; privacy car port fence. Many who work overseas would welcome such a nice area and home but again the price point is very daunting for the masses.
