Love the large windows and finishings. This costs how much 28M plus? You must be kidding! Every room in this house is small. The kitchen is narrow, has one sink only. The pantry looks like a mini toy room for kids. The owner's bedroom doesn't have a walk-in closet. It's narrow, so is the bathroom, which has only one sink. I just checked on Google, and Tilisi is more than 31 miles from Nairobi. I will really be hard-pressed to pay more than 18M KES for this house. No, thank you. Excellent presentation, though.
Thank you so much for watching Njintum. You can also check out the bigger Tilisi listing we did a month ago just for comparisons sake. ua-cam.com/video/RV7BzOHeQTY/v-deo.html
I prefer this one to the other one...especially that the living room opens up to the backyard. The entry way is beautiful with some greenery. Beautiful
28M for a living room so small as the dining area, I don't think so. The design was perfect but hope the developer will consider increasing the living room space on the other future projects. I also like the fact that they use asphalt driveway which adds beauty unlike cabro.
With the way they quickly sell out, I doubt he will be doing that… but they have a bigger version of this that we had also posted here, now going for 50M
It is a very beautiful house and I also love the finishing ideas and the general layout of the house. BUT 28mil for such small spaces is a no for me.. its very unrealistic... Genuine comment with no hard feelings..
There is a lot to love about this house. Good job from the developer's team. I didn't wanna tell you this but my Nyanyeez is pissed with that frosted glass in the primary bedroom. What did they do now.🤦♂😅
Yani it is almost sold out while the neighborhood shots mostly give vibes of many unoccupied units. No sign of mass occupancy. Other than the master bathroom, the master bedroom is quite ordinary for 28 million. Overpriced as always so we can expect them to be around for quite a while.
@@MansaPlus Tuko 🇰🇪. Sold out sales tactics are common. Na piano tutumie some common sense. This is serious cash most people don't have and will never earn in a lifetime. Nimeona truly sold out projects that have never had any social media content Ata Moja. Tilisi has been heavy on property show Kenya and other channels. @@MansaPlus Hakuna beef with Tilisi or yourself. Great you are showcasing the properties. But let's be honest. These have been around for a while now and have been showcased on so many other channels. Furthermore, the property industry in Kenya is very dishonest. Tumeona off plan con games, and marketing lies all over. Upperhill, South C, Runda, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Parklands zimejaa overpriced properties. The current average mortgage Kenya ni 12 to 13 percent. Common sense tells me that mostly persons engaged in graft will be purchasing these homes as the job environment mostly cannot support these evaluations. Simple mortgage calculator and that banks will not approve a mortgage that is more than 2/3rds the net income. The thing is UA-cam doesn't forget. You will get support as others have but in the public sphere you have to expect these things to be called out.

awkward to see a kitchen sink without an insinkerator, guess those haven't made their debut in Kenya yet. Nice home but with the usual design limits and flaws... like an outhouse laundry, no door sills on exteriors, tiny kitchen with limited counter space
I don't understand why all the rooms seem so small. Bathrooms so tiny even Mark and Willy could not fit i. Together to showcase it... Developers had the land and don't know how they failed to utilize it
You guys don't understand that due to the vagaries of modern life, for the first time in our history there's a wave of single unmarried and unpartnered Kenyans approaching retirement age? This would make a nice retirement home for them as they don't need all the space the other has to offer.
Well put Freedom. I actually noticed that most of the buyers of this project are retirees. I think it makes sense to them because it gives them an upcountry feeling without being fat off to the upcountry
This house looks nice but your review is more of like you are trying to market the place instead of giving an unbiased opinion. The house spaces are just to small and the price is just ridiculous and doesn't make sense at all.
Love the creativity of African home designs and features! Especially how natural light is always taken into consideration!
We enjoy the sun all year round so it’s only fair we take advantage of it to light and warm up the spaces. Thank you so much.

Sad how overpriced properties are in Kenya. This worth half the selling price. 💯 Sure cost them 12m max to construct.
This is unfortunate.

What a nice project, could you get me in touch with the developer to get the plans for the house?
Call Ray on 0719186889 and he will advice.

Is Tilisi the name of the development or the place? Is it in Limuru or Tigoni?
Not sure where exactly it is but TiLiSi is the name of the development.. a combination of Tigoni Limuru and Sigona names
