hello, i have ad account permenantly restricted,and my admin account is not verified, when i submitted the ID it was rejected message: could not confirm your identity,
i submitted again my ID but they still dont accept it, i also have an old account that i can transfer my page to it, but its not verifyed and it says the error: the name on your photo id doesn't match your name on your facebook account.
should it chane my fb profile name and send again?

My Facebook Business Account was restricted and became "permanently restricted" few hours after appealing the decision. I have contacted Chat Support and they said they will forward my case to the technical team. Do you think there will be a chance to get my account back?
My Facebook Business Account is new and I made sure to follow Facebook policies. I even didn't run any Ads at all.

I got my personal fb account restricted with my “posts going to bottom of feeds for 30 days “. Would this restriction also apply to the 4 pages i manage and linked instagrams ? I’ve contact meta agents to ask this but for some reason they can never give me any clear answer.

My Facebook account was hacked and somehow I got my personal ad account back. Then my personal ad account is now permanently disabled by facebook and I am not allowed to make any communication with Facebook now. If I take my father's account and use the new BM and Ad account and run ads on the same computer I used to run mine. How does this IP address hamper the new ad account?

Hi Jason this video is very helpful. My Business Manager was hacked (I was also hacked through an employee in 2019 but we were able to start again) while I was overseas and I was unable to receive login codes for most of a month. The one time I was able to get in I added a Facebook partner to run ads but didn't realise I was restricted as I hadn't received any notification that I couldn't advertise at all (I only knew my marketing manager who got hacked was restricted).
As a result my Ads Account was disabled and restricted. I am now in the process of a review with Meta Support where one guy has been trying to help by submitting my review request personally as it seems I have made errors trying to restore my account as well as my location issue.
I haven't heard back yet and living in limbo waiting for an assessment. My question is if I am permanently restricted does all support shut down and my assets are unable to be used? It has now been over a month without advertising and most of my sales are generated by Facebook and the Ads account

My ads account was restricted. I have no idea why, did nothing wrong, actually was out of the business for about 3-4 years. Now I should support small local sport team for event and make them campaings but I cannot run any ads. Got about 10-12 pages under the business manager. What are my options?
