hello, my ad account has been permanantly restricted only 30 minutes after submitting the id verificaion, i have never run ads, my profile is verified and my developper account is also verified, i was not able to find the live support button it disappeared from all the pages , is there something else i can do to recover my account?, this is the second account that got permanantly restriced in the same way.
i was able to send them a message through the leave us feedback button (which is the only was i was able to find to contact the support) but i am waiting 2 weeks with no results.
It just keeps taking me to my ad account. It doesn't give me a chat option.

my ad account disabled and the reason showing is, not much sale or conversion. I spend around 4k, it was a paid registration of 99/- for a live session. Only 7 registered and the account was disabled.
Now I need to know 2 things. If it does not come back, there is no way to show the volume of sales.
1. Will it ever get it back? If not
2. How do I retrieve the prepaid amount that is stuck there?
I can not see the contact support button on the Facebook help page. Do you know if they updated it and this solution might be outdated?
So my campaign was running smoothly and all of a sudden every day for a few weeks now FB is disabling my ad account every day for spending limits. They are telling me that any day it will be lifted , but it just keeps disabling every day. Since this has started my conversions have dropped off considerably. Is it possible that the disabling and reenableing every day is effecting the algorithm and hurting my campaign?
There is no chat option, only email. The response in email always saying violation but I know I did not break a terms. At this time Facebook is no help for me. Any idea how to enable ad account

I recently went on vacation for 3 months and when I came back to launch ads my personal ad account got restricted immediately. Keep in mind I have verified business manager with over 40k spent. I confirmed my identity and then submitted a request for review within 24 hours in July 23rd but I still have yet to hear anything from them. How long do you think they will take to review my account and what do you think should my next steps be ?

This didn't work for me. When I clicked on the Contact Support, it was referring me back to Account Quality Overview.
What to do after this ?

Your access can't be reinstated because too much time has passed since we restricted your account.

How many times did the Ad Account get disabled? If it has been disabled too many times, Chat button will not show. It's basically saying that FB does not want to communicate with you anymore because you are violating policies too many times.

Adds on Facebook shouldn't exist and I will report all adds. If I want to buy something I will look for it.
